Bữa nay lại nghe tin một ông tướng Nga về với Lenin nữa, vậy là 5 ông cho 3 tuần lễ. Chưa kể 8 ông bị cách chức. Cuộc chiến này hao tổn tướng quân của Nga nhiều quá. Nhất là ông tướng mới mất hôm nay là một thượng tướng ( đại tướng). Phía Nga nói Ukraine xạo, nhưng rõ ràng các tướng qua đời, không thấy xuất hiện nữa. Trong đó có xác một vị nằm ở nhà xác Ukraine. Bà con hiểu con rắn nó mất cái đầu, cái mình nó vẫn ngo ngoe cả giờ nhưng không đáng sợ nữa.

Cái khó của người chỉ huy là đưa quân vô trận địa mà không thắng, kêu quân "tiến lên " mà họ cứ " tiến lùi ". Nên đích thân tướng phải ra trận các sĩ quan mới sợ, tướng mất nhiều là ta hiểu đoàn quân không tiến được.

Đau lòng nhất là đôi khi trong chiến tranh, có một số cánh quân hy sinh làm mồi nhử cho quân địch tập trung rồi phi pháo dập tan tành chết cả đôi bên. Hồi chiến tranh VN. Quân đội VNCH chiến đấu chung với quân Mỹ và đồng minh, bị lãnh cái vụ này nhiều. Sau khi đếm xác đôi bên, các vị sĩ quan thăng chức. Mấy ông được lên tướng theo kiểu này bị mấy hồn ma chết oan đeo đuổi suốt đời, như kiểu

Mấy vị tướng của Putin giờ cũng vậy, khi ổng nổi cơn thịnh nộ thì mấy ông tướng bị chửi trước tiên. Giờ đành phải " xuất tướng ". Mà ai chơi cờ tướng đều biết tướng mà xuất là bàn cờ dễ thua lắm.

Một điều nữa là không hiểu sao quân Ukraine cứ bắn trúng hoài. Nhớ hồi chiến cuộc trước 75. Các vị sĩ quan VNCH, tui nhớ chiếc lon đính trên hai cổ áo là : thiếu uý một bông mai, trung uý và đại uý là hai và ba bông. Cấp tá cũng bông mai nhưng có một gạch ngang ở dưới, thiếu tá là một bông có gạch ngang...., cứ vậy mà tính ( tui chỉ nhớ vậy chớ không rành vì mình chưa đi lính). Cái bông mai màu vàng óng ánh. Khi hành quân, lính đối phương lấy ống nhòm quan sát, thấy chỗ nào óng ánh là dồn hỏa lực bắn vào đó. Nhất là bắn sẻ. Mấy ông anh đi lính nói sợ nhất là bị bắn sẻ ( bắn tỉa ). VC hồi xưa có súng trường CKC , không có ống nhòm nhưng bắn rất chính xác với khoảng cách mấy trăm mét. Họ núp và hoá trang trên mấy cây cao, thấy ánh bông mai loé loé là nhắm bắn. Chưa nghe tiếng đạn đã thấy người sĩ quan đổ vật xuống. Đó là bắn sẻ. Không biết đối phương ở đâu để trả đũa vì họ không bắn phát thứ hai. Sau này các bông mai vàng được tô đen để khỏi phản chiếu ánh sáng. Nó cũng là cái điềm thua cuộc.

Thời đại bây giờ, tui nghĩ tình báo và các phương tiện kỹ thuật cao giúp đối phương biết sở chỉ huy hoặc các sĩ quan cao cấp đang ở đâu. Nhất là thông tin liên lạc. Trong cuộc chiến chống khủng bố, chỉ cần một thủ lãnh bấm điện thoại là bom tinh khôn lao tới liền, mà không dùng nó thì làm sao điều động cấp dưới. Cũng như máy truyền tin AR25 của VNCH, cái ăng ten nó dài quá. Để vc thấy ăng ten là chết vì mọi thứ súng sẽ dồn vào đấy vì rất chắc ăn, ăng ten ở đâu là sĩ quan ở đó. Nên tui nghĩ bên Ukraine nắm được mã thông tin của Nga, tiếng Nga họ cũng hiểu, nên qua liên lạc họ biết chỉ huy nằm vị trí nào. Khi Nga tìm ra nhược điểm của mình để có phương án khắc phục thì đã bị thiệt hại mất rồi.

Bản lãnh của Putin chắc chắn là không chịu thua. Ông sẽ tăng quân nơi khác đến. Giờ ông đang tính coi chỗ nào dư quân ổng điều về. Quân Nga có cả vài triệu, nhưng binh sĩ nghe nói điều tới Ukraine lúc này là ... vãi đái. Đi đâu cũng được nhưng đừng đưa tụi tui vô địa ngục chớ, thôi ở xa bắn hỏa tiễn siêu thanh vô đi ngài ơi...

Putin chửi liền: bắn siêu thanh thì làm sao cứu được hơn trăm ngàn quân đang dính sình, sao tụi bây ngu vậy?
