The President of Ukraine gave a speech to the US Congress today. He used English so that there is no bother with translating.

He delivered a famous quote by Pastor Martin Luther King to express his people's desire for Peace and Freedom. About sixty years ago, Pastor King made a statement that touched the American people's conscience, since then Congress has had many laws against racism. President Obama was elected for two terms as a result of the struggle of coloured people. It is not easy to achieve that dream.

He talked about Pearl Harbor attack in Pearl Harbor Guam and the twin towers disaster in New York being attacked by the terrorists using two commercial planes to ask the Americans to help his country protect Ukraine’s air space. If you see the sky blacken with smoke and fire, you will understand for the Ukrainians. If you are not participating in the war in our country then help us with fighting jets or anti-aircraft weapons.

Finally, he wants President Biden to be the president who leads the world, thus bringing peace to everywhere in the world.

At the end of the speech, the US congressmen clapped their hands applauding for a long time, then some gave emotional speeches. Never seen both the Capital Hill the Republican and Democrat factions unite like now.

In his speech, he showed a few videos of the beautiful, peaceful Ukraine, then turned to ruins and deaths by Russia’s invasion.

I'm waiting for the translation of his speech coming out today to understand it more deeply, as listening to his speech directly, I can only roughly get the main idea.

In general, the President has a talent for speaking. Usually, the talks are prepared by experts, but presenting it well is due to the ability of the reader. Writing here, I keep thinking about our Uncle Phuc (ex-Prime minister of communist Vietnam), his senior assistants already knew that he is illiterate in English, but they just left the words in English with abbreviate letters, so how could he read them correctly. He became the laughing stock in front of the foreign dignitaries. If I'm... uncle Phuc, I'll kick those guys out of their jobs. In free and democratic countries with free elections, candidates suffering from stutter, lisp or ill hearts, they will be beaten even before voting for sure. I think President Zelensky possessing the attractive, persuasive and convincing public talks. Through it, he has convinced and got the trust of the Ukraine people, successfully keep the defense line intact under intense onslaught of the formidable armed force of Putin’s Russia, and from that winning international sympathy and supports. The Afghanistan’s experience is still fresh.

The United State of America under Biden and the Democrat, thinking that “I don't touch anyone, no one dares to touch me”. The only simple thing is to give Ukraine some old and out of service Soviet era planes from NATO’s ex-Soviet bloc countries, at first, he was enthusiastic, but when he heard of Putin's threat, he immediately retracted. But seeing the US Congress men and women unite and had many encouraging speeches, I think the American spirit is not so bad. Coward, only Uncle Bi and his cronies are.

Just yesterday, Saudi Arabia accepted to use the Yuan instead of the dollar in payments for oil and gas purchases with China. The cowardice of the American government has been paid with a price. There will be many countries to follow and the dollar will fall tomorrow. People in America are prosperous because their currency is used by the whole world. To get it, so much blood of soldiers were shed in the two world wars, not the easy take. If you are a gardener, want your plants to live well; in addition to giving fertilizers, you also have to clear out weeds. Don't think just fertilizing only is enough. So is in this competing world. Strong will win, weak will lose. Don't think that everyone needs your currency, take advantage, abusing it by freely printing more money for their people to use to buy votes for re-electing. Other countries, they are not stupid. Just heard that the King of this country, Saudi Arabia, didn't even bother to pick up the phone when Uncle Bi called him, oh!! so humiliated.

Across Ukraine, their troops are counter-attacking. Looks like the Russian invading armies that besieged Kiev have disbanded. Neighbouring EU Prime Ministers of Poland, Czech Republic and Slovenia were able to reach Kiev by train. The Ukrainian army moved south and had a landslide victory. The Russian troops in the south are all good fighters, who once stormed the battlefield in Syria, were helped by the Donbas separatist right there, still unable to advance quickly and were held back. Now, the Ukrainian regular troops are coming down to relieve the siege and are dislodging the Russian army from the occupied positions, destroying dozens of helicopters, killing one more general and dozens of senior officers. The paradox is that now Ukraine is calling for the surrender of Russian soldiers.

The viet cong red cattle are trying to backtrack, turn around and abandoning their Russian "comrades". Guys! your communist Vietnamese senior officers are not that dumb like you. They are so cunning and very insidious .They have already smuggled all of their wealth out of the country, sent all of their wives and children or their mistresses to the “dying” capitalist countries. Only you guys are left in the country to do the cheap propaganda talks for them, for some monthly small hand out. So stupid, you!

Ông tổng thống Ukraine có bài nói chuyện với quốc hội Mỹ ngày hôm nay. Ông dùng tiếng Anh để khỏi thông dịch cho mất công.

Ông phát biểu câu nói nổi tiếng của mục sư King ,để nói lên mong muốn của dân mình đó là Hoà Bình và Tự Do . Cách đây khoảng sáu mươi năm, mục sư King đã có câu nói đánh động lương tâm người dân Mỹ, từ đó quốc hội đã có nhiều luật lệ chống nạn kỳ thị chủng tộc. Tổng thống Obama đắc cử hai nhiệm kỳ là thành quả của cuộc đấu tranh của người da màu. Không phải dễ dàng để đạt giấc mơ đó.

Ông nói về vụ Trân Châu Cảng và toà tháp đôi ở New York bị tấn công bằng máy bay để mong người Mỹ giúp đất nước ông có thể bảo vệ bầu trời của mình. Bạn thấy bầu trời đen kịt của khói và lửa thì sẽ hiểu cho người Ukraine . Nếu bạn không tham chiến thì hãy giúp chúng tôi máy bay hoặc vũ khí phòng không.

Cuối cùng ông mong tổng thống Biden hãy là tổng thống lãnh đạo thế giới, như vậy mới mang hoà bình đến mọi nơi....

Kết thúc bài nói chuyện, thấy các nghị sĩ vỗ tay rất lâu, sau đó một số phát biểu cảm tưởng. Chưa thấy bao giờ cả hai phe DC và CH đoàn kết như lúc này.

Trong bài nói chuyện của ông, ông có trình chiếu vài đoạn video cảnh đất nước Ukraine xinh đẹp, hoà bình , sau đó là đổ nát, chết chóc.

Tui chờ hôm nay có bài dịch diễn văn của ông để hiểu sâu xa hơn, chớ nghe trực tiếp thì mình chỉ biết đại khái ý chính mà thôi. Tui ước gì mình giỏi tiếng Anh một chút thì hay quá nhưng too late rồi bà con ạ. Cái thời học mà nhớ các từ ngữ phải là lúc tuổi trẻ, mà cái tuổi này lại ham chơi , còn mê... gái nữa. Nên gia đình có cho tiền đi học thêm mà nghe tai này lọt tai kia hết trơn.

Nói chung, ông tổng thống có tài diễn thuyết. Thường thì những bài nói chuyện đều do các chuyên gia soạn sẵn nhưng thể hiện nó cho hay là do khả năng của người đọc. Viết đến đây tui cứ nhớ bác Phúc nhà ta, mấy thằng chuyên viên đã biết bác hỏng rành tiếng Anh mà cứ để nguyên văn làm sao bác đọc, rồi còn viết tắt nữa. Tui mà là... bác, tui đuổi cổ mấy tên đó hết. Ở mấy nước bầu cử tự do, ăn nói ngọng nghịu là rớt trước khi bầu rồi. Tui nghĩ ông tổng thống Ukraine có lối ăn nói đi được vào lòng người nên từ đó giữ vững niềm tin của người dân, giữ được phòng tuyến và từ đó mới được quốc tế ủng hộ. Điều dĩ nhiên là không ai muốn giúp đỡ kẻ hèn nhát . Kinh nghiệm Afghanistan còn sờ sờ đó.

Một nước Mỹ dưới thời Biden, cứ nghĩ rằng mình không đụng đến ai thì không ai dám đụng đến mình. Chỉ có mỗi việc đưa cho Ukraine mấy chiếc máy bay cũ. Mới đầu hăng hái nhưng nghe Putin doạ một câu là co vòi liền. Nhưng nhìn cảnh quốc hội Mỹ đoàn kết và có nhiều phát biểu động viên, tui nghĩ tinh thần người Mỹ không đến nỗi. Hèn nhát chỉ riêng bác Bi và đám bộ sậu của ông thôi.

Cũng mới hôm qua, nước Ả Rập Saudi đã chấp nhận dùng đồng nguyên thay cho đồng đô la trong thanh toán mua bán dầu khí với Trung Quốc. Sự hèn nhát của chính quyền Mỹ đã được trả giá. Sẽ có nhiều nước ăn theo và đồng đô la sẽ rớt đài nay mai. Người dân ở Mỹ được sự thịnh vượng là nhờ đồng tiền của mình được cả thế giới sử dụng. Muốn vậy thì bao nhiêu xương máu của người lính đã đổ ra trong hai cuộc thế chiến chớ không phải khơi khơi mà được vậy. Bạn làm vườn, muốn cây mình trồng sống tươi tốt , ngoài việc cho phân mình còn phải làm cỏ. Đừng nghĩ chỉ bón phân là đủ. Thế giới này cũng vậy. Mạnh được, yếu thua. Đừng nghĩ đồng tiền mình ai cũng cần nên lợi dụng in thêm cho dân mình xài để mua phiếu. Nước ngoài họ đâu có ngu. Nghe quốc vương nước này không thèm nhấc máy khi bác Bi gọi điện, nhục chết đi cho rồi.

Trên khắp nước Ukraine, quân đội họ đang phản công. Xem như các cánh quân bao vây Kiev đã tan rã. Các thủ tướng lân bang đã có thể đến Kiev bằng xe lửa. Quân Ukraine chuyển xuống phía nam và mới có trận thắng long trời lở đất. Quân Nga ở phía nam toàn là quân thiện chiến, đã từng xông pha trận mạc ở Syria lại được phe ly khai Donbas ngay đó giúp sức , vẫn không tiến nhanh được và bị cầm chân. Nay quân chính quy Ukraine xuống giải vây và đang đánh bật quân Nga khỏi vị trí chiếm đóng , phá hủy mấy chục trực thăng , giết thêm một ông tướng và cả chục sĩ quan cao cấp. Truyện ngược đời là bây giờ Ukraine lại kêu gọi lính Nga đầu hàng.

Đám bò VN đang tìm cách quay đầu rời bỏ " đồng chí " của mình. Mấy em ạ! Các bác cộng sản không có ngu đâu. Vợ con hoặc nhân tình của họ đều gởi qua xứ giãy chết hết. Chỉ mấy em là ngu thôi nhé!
