 The War in Ukraine (continued)

In the last few days, I have seen some video clips shared by a young Vietnamese girl living in Ukraine. Looks like she got married to a Ukrainian, have two children. She already left her home in a war zone to take refuge in a house of her husband’s relative. She published YouTube clips to speak out her mind about the current situation in Ukraine. She has the southern Vietnamese accent.

She talked about the living condition in a place of refuge. The refugees still went to the local market to buy food. When the sirens sounded, they scrambled down to underground shelters. Sometimes heard the sound of helicopters. But no one showed any fear.

She shared her thought about her President, Mr Zelenskyy. Why is he so popular with the people in Ukraine before the war and with the rest of the world during the war?

She said, after Ukraine broke away from the Soviet Union, the government was very corrupt. Doing any paperwork in a public place, people has to bribe to officials. Riding on the roads, if being stopped by the police and asked questions, you also have to hand over bribe money to be let free... Previous presidents were pro-Russia, the government was all corrupt and the system only enriched privileged few. People were fed up and wanted change. They knew that it was not good to live with a regime supported by Russia and they wanted to definitely look toward Western European countries in search of the true democracy. They protested and were persecuted, and a lot were killed. (All the countries in which Russia has influence they are dictatorships, their leaders grab the absolute power with iron fists for their whole lives, bet you can find any country under Russian influence having the true democracy)

There are times when she talked about the history of Ukraine and Russia in a simple and easy to understand way. Through the words she shared, I see that Ukrainians are afraid of the dictatorship like in Russia now, very afraid. The scene shows somebodies who courageously raise their discontented voices in public to criticize about the handling of the government on public affairs are imprisoned and gagged by the authority.

The current President, Mr Zelensky, has been implementing many measures to stamp out corruption and is properly using taxpayers' money for national development and social security. He is heading Ukraine toward true freedom and democracy with the clean government chosen by the people.

She also talked about the fighting spirit of the Ukrainians. They are not fighting for themselves but for the next generation. Because they had lived and spent decades as part of the Soviet Union. They are afraid that their children and grandchildren will fall back to such a miserable life. So if you are not Ukrainian, you wouldn't understand the Ukrainian living in their country. The “red communist cows” in Vietnam said that the Ukrainian are stupid for refusing to stay neutral, so they are being beaten up by Russia. Hope that these red cows Viet communists are lucky enough to see some of the YouTube clips of this girl, hope could help them to unlock their blocked brains? It's really very difficult, the one who is committed to being a slave, the thought of being safe and comfort life for himself is paramount. They be nothing in comparing with the courageous Ukraine people.

I watched over and over again YouTube clips showing Russian tanks being ambushed. The first one was hit and burnt, the rest ran in panic to the other side of the road, some turned back. It shows that the morale of the invading Russian army is so low. They should have fought back or rushed into the place where the rockets were fired. They sit in the tank but are more frightened than the people outside. They ran away.

The Russian army seems to be disintegrating, in the last few days I only heard the news about Russia firing rockets and dropping bombs indiscriminately, but not heard about the advancing of the armed forces. The radio stations that support Russia are running out of good news. Carpet bombing has no effect in war without infantry taking over. The country is vast, how many of fighting soldiers are enough to cover all corners.

There is a part that she shared about the word "clown" that these Viet commie cows used to call the president of Ukraine, which I liked. She said: you have to be smart to make people laugh. This is so good and so true. Trying to make a joke but people don't laugh at, it's so graceless. But in this world, there are many people who cause pain, and few people who bring smile. So if there is someone makes us laugh, we have to cherish.

Recently, the news of the war has "cooled down", so JNN also...."turned off … my “radio". It's also my joy. The end of the war is the wish of many people. During the peace negotiations between Ukraine and Russia, the Ukrainian side only asked for a "ceasefire". Why did you hit me when I hadn't threatened or touched you? And even my country is badly suffering your deadly rag, we just ask you to stop. That's the legitimate claim, isn't it?

JNN is also praised by some friends for my good political light-hearted commentaries. Just let you people know a little bit about me! When I was a child, I was told by a famous fortune-teller that: “you kid, you will have a life like Cao Cao (Tao thao): would rather deceive people than letting people deceive ...”

That is why now I end up as a mason man!

Mấy bữa nay xem được một số video chia sẻ của một cháu gái người Việt đang sống ở Ukraine. Hình như cháu lấy chồng người Ukraine, có hai con. Đã rời nhà ở vùng chiến sự đến lánh nạn ở một nhà bà con bên chồng. Cháu lên YouTube nói lên ý nghĩ của mình. Cháu có giọng nói người miền nam VN.

Cháu kể cảnh sống ở nơi đang lánh nạn . Vẫn đi chợ mua đồ ăn được. Khi tiếng còi báo động vang lên thì lục tục xuống hầm trú ẩn. Có khi nghe tiếng máy bay trực thăng. Nhưng không ai tỏ vẻ sợ hãi .

Cháu chia sẻ về ông tổng thống của mình. Vì sao mà ông được lòng người dân?

Cháu kể , Ukraine sau khi tách khỏi Liên Sô, chính quyền rất tham nhũng. Đi làm giấy tờ gì ở chốn công quyền cũng phải đút lót. Đi đường gặp cảnh sát hỏi chuyện cũng phải cho tiền... Các đời tổng thống trước thân Nga, tham nhũng và chỉ làm giàu cho một thiểu số. Người dân chán ngán và mong muốn thay đổi. Họ biết còn sống với chế độ được Nga ủng hộ thì không khá được và họ muốn dứt khoát , hướng về Châu Âu để tìm kiếm nền dân chủ đích thực . Họ đã biểu tình và bị đàn áp, bị chết rất nhiều.( tất cả các quốc gia mà Nga có ảnh hưởng đều có chế độ độc tài, mà lãnh đạo nắm quyền đều nắm đến hết đời, đố bạn tìm được một nước dân chủ đúng nghĩa)

Cũng có lúc cháu nói về lịch sử Ukraine và Nga một cách đơn giản và dễ hiểu. Qua lời cháu chia sẻ thì thấy người Ukraine sợ cái cảnh độc tài như ở Nga bây giờ, sợ lắm. Cái cảnh mà ai có tiếng nói phản biện là bị tù đày, bịt miệng.

Ông tổng thống hiện thời có nhiều phương cách để làm giảm nạn tham nhũng và sử dụng đúng tiền thuế của người dân đóng trong phát triển đất nước và an sinh xã hội.

Cháu cũng có bài nói về tinh thần chiến đấu của người Ukraine. Họ không chiến đấu cho họ mà cho thế hệ mai sau. Vì họ đã sống và trải qua mấy mươi năm lịch sử là một phần của Liên Sô. Họ sợ con cháu mình phải có một đời như vậy. Vì thế ta không phải là người Ukraine, ta sẽ không hiểu người dân ở đó. Mấy con bò ở VN nói họ ngu, không chịu đứng trung lập nên bị Nga đánh. May ra xem mấy clips của cháu này, có thể thông não được không? Khó lắm, người cam tâm nô lệ thì cái ý nghĩ an toàn cho bản thân mình là hơn hết. Không thể so sánh với những con người can đảm được.

Tui xem đi xem lại cái trận tăng Nga bị phục kích. Chiếc đầu bị bắn cháy, các chiếc sau hốt hoảng chạy tán loạn qua bên kia đường, có chiếc quay lui. Chứng tỏ tinh thần của đoàn quân xâm lăng quá thấp. Đáng lẽ họ phải chống trả hay càn vào nơi bắn ra. Họ ngồi trong tăng mà nhát hơn người ở ngoài. Họ bỏ chạy.

Quân đội Nga có vẻ đang tan rã, mấy ngày hôm nay chỉ nghe những tin về Nga bắn hỏa tiễn và trút bom tá lả chớ không nghe tin các mũi tiến quân nữa. Mấy cái đài ủng hộ Nga hết đề tài câu khách. Chuyện thả bom tàn phá không có tác dụng trong chiến tranh nếu không có bộ binh tiến vào tiếp quản. Đất nước mênh mông, thả sao cho hết.

Có đoạn cháu chia sẻ về từ " thằng h " mà các con bò gọi ông tổng thống Ukraine, làm tui tâm đắc. Cháu nói : phải thông minh mới làm người ta cười được . Câu này hay và đúng quá. Chớ chọc mà người ta không cười thì thật vô duyên. Mà trên thế gian này, người gây đau khổ thì nhiều, người đem nụ cười rất ít. Nên có ai đó làm ta cười được, ta phải trân trọng.

Mấy bữa nay tin chiến sự " nguội" rồi nên JNN cũng...."tắt đài ". Đó cũng là niềm vui. Chiến tranh chấm dứt là mong ước của bao nhiêu người. Trong các lần đàm phán giữa Ukraine và Nga, bên Ukraine chỉ có một yêu cầu " ngừng bắn " . Tại sao anh lại đánh tôi khi tôi chưa hăm doạ hay làm gì đụng đến anh? Và ngay cả đất nước tôi đang hứng chịu cơn thịnh nộ của bạn, tôi cũng chỉ yêu cầu bạn ngừng tay lại. Đó là một đòi hỏi thật chính đáng phải không?

JNN cũng được một số bạn khen bình lựn chính trị khá hay. Bật mí chút cho bà con biết nè! Hồi nhỏ tui được một thầy bói nổi tiếng phán rằng thằng nhỏ này sẽ có cuộc đời như Tào Tháo: " ta thà phụ người chớ không để người phụ ta "...
