I'm waiting for news from Istanbul. It's also worth the waiting. Perhaps tomorrow morning there will be more clearer news, but perhaps peace is in the horizon.

First, the Turkish president gave advice to both sides. Which side is right and the other side is wrong, let's sort it out latter, the two sides must sincerely want peace because the war clearly damages both sides.... dozens of sides. No one benefits in this war.

Of course, if Russia still has a door to win the war, it will not be easy to have peace. There is no way out for Russia for the time being, even if Putin invites any famous Chechen general to be the battlefield commander. No one expected to encounter the tiny “fire-ant” Ukrainians, Russian generals fell like autumn leaves. Something unprecedented in the history of war.

Mariupol has been bombarding to the ground but the invasion force still could not declare victory. The militiamen are sacrificing their lives in the similar style of defensive bunker pits of the Vietnamese army. Unless you use an atomic bomb, you can't pass these bunker pits. I mentioned the "bunker pits" in the battle of An Loc, the ARVN army brave heart soldiers could only overrun the deadly bunker pits roadblock on Highway 13 because of the braveness of the ARVN new recruits who had just freshly graduated from training army schools, they dared to spearhead the attack at the well fortifies and well-armed Vietcong soldiers in the bunker pits, while seasoned and experience soldiers would not dare to do such a suicidal- kamikaze- feat. But if you don't dare to perform unimaginable act, you can't destroy these fortified bunker pits. Possibly, this time Putin would send Chechen soldiers, volunteering to fight for Putin, so if they die, they can go to heaven with virgins around to enjoy. Who knows his plan will prevail.

The Russian Defense Minister has not yet appeared in public. It seems that the last meeting was a fake video clip. News of nowadays is branded hearing, seeing ... rubbish. Can't tell if it's real or fake. That's why commentators like me have to be very careful, but sometimes we can still get caught out. Now the made-to-believe videos can be easily cut and pasted, photo-shop clips are rampant on internet and social media. Seeing supposed good news, then quickly sharing it one can fall into the mud pit. But we can still make a knowledgeable calculating guess. For example, in battles, the commander must appear often to encourage soldiers. If the President of Ukraine is silent and not to be seen for about 2 days, people will speculate that he is "chosen" by Heaven. So he had to show up with his flesh every day. Now that if the Minister has not been seen for a couple of weeks, people will obviously would talk about it.

I think Zelensky and Putin would no longer look at each other, even though the two of them were close before, they had always invited each other to go fishing. The courtiers around Putin are gradually disappearing. If Putin yells “Where are you now? “.... Do not hear the uttering in return: “Yes, your highness” ... Then so long, poor you, Pu.

If you can't defeat the enemy, you have to sit at the negotiating table, that's the general rule. Now is the time for politicians to show their talents, national interests rest on their shoulders. How you can get the most benefit for yourself-your country, but you also have to open up a path for the other party to... sign. At the same time, commentators like me also have to predict the outcome. It's good to be right, but if it's wrong, then... a tie, no harm done. Must guess, not the kind of fence-sitting scribble, boring to death to read.

In my opinion, Russia will stop aggressively imposing demands like in the past. Perhaps they are just asking for a neutral Ukraine, not joining NATO, and ceding Crimea and Donbass by the Ukraine. No more demanding to abolish the “fascist” government in Ukraine as they had said. On the Ukrainian side, what the hell is wrong with joining NATO, the organization that my Stepfather- Pres Trump- hated, is so weak and always did nothing right. The Crimean peninsula in the past belonged to Russia, so let's return it back to Russia, to recapture it ....it's also beyond Ukraine’s ability. And the Donbass region is now like a chicken tendon, so negotiate for them to be autonomous but still the land of Ukraine. In general, after so much wrestling that causes devastated damages and loses of so many lives for both sides, nothing is changed, still.... the same. Both sides claimed victory.

Every battle has casualties but nothing compare to Vietnam. Hearing the propaganda news from both sides makes me feeling bad, but I don't think it's that bad. Russian soldiers are not the type to go to the villages to kill and maim local Ukraine people. There are some unjust deaths that in any war it cannot be avoided. Beware that Russian soldiers die more than Ukrainians. Who would have thought that this 21st century, wars would still happen. Decades ago, it was common for parents or teachers to can children, now it's a crime, isn't it? So does one country invades another. You can't use the reason under the name of this or that, to wage wars on other countries. Recently an actor slapped the Oscar host Chris Rock in front of the large audiences attending the Oscar presentation. A number of comments said it was correct to do so under that situation. Obviously some violent behaviours are still being tolerated. I oppose the action of this actor, Will Smith.

Through this war we also have many lessons. A Cambodia country that is said to be a vassal of China still openly and courageously voted against the Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and said that Russia violated international law (perhaps its location next to Vietnam is similar to Ukraine to Russia). In contrast, the communist Vietnamese government defends Russia's actions, while its situation is exactly the same as Ukraine, sitting next to the huge, populous and very aggressive China (communist Vietnam had deadly experiences with communist China with the border war in 1979 as well as the occupation of Johnson South Reef in the East Sea in 1988). Majority of the people in the North of 17th latitude have similar attitude like their communist leaders, openly supporting with Russia’s invasion of Ukraine (I know from their misspelling errors in their comments, typical spelling errors of people living in the North under the influences of the Vietcong’s propaganda machine). It is clear that the "end justifies the means" way of communist education system has been ingrained in their blood, like a drug, and cannot be removed while the communist regime is still in power. The members of this group even have very loud mouths, but as soon as hearing the sounds of gun firing they are first to run away. The mentality of wanting to be neutral to be at peace even though living as slaves, they accept all. Alas! Where is a VN that defeated many empires? Why now Vietcong is so cowardly, not worth to compare with Cambodia....

Hoà Bình

Tui ráng chờ tin tức từ Istanbul . Cũng không uổng công chờ đợi. Có lẽ sáng mai sẽ biết tin tức rõ ràng hơn nhưng có lẽ hoà bình đã ló dạng.

Trước tiên là ông tổng thống Thổ Nhĩ Kỳ có lời khuyên nhủ đôi bên. Bên nào đúng bên nào sai hãy hạ hồi phân giải, hai bên phải thật lòng muốn hoà bình vì chiến tranh rõ ràng làm thiệt hại cho cả.... mấy chục bên. Không có ai được lợi trong cuộc chiến này cả.

Dĩ nhiên là nếu Nga còn cửa thắng thì không dễ gì có hoà bình. Hết cửa rồi dù có mời một ông tướng Chechnya nổi tiếng làm tư lệnh chiến trường. Đâu ai ngờ đụng phải ổ kiến lửa Ukraine, các tướng tá thi nhau rơi rụng. Chuyện chưa từng thấy trong lịch sử chiến tranh.

Bắn phá Mariupol thành bình địa nhưng vẫn không thể tuyên bố chiến thắng. Dân quân tử thủ theo kiểu " chốt " của bộ đội VN. Trừ phi dùng bom nguyên tử chớ không thể vượt chốt. Tui có kể " chốt " trong trận An Lộc nhưng không nhớ bài viết nào, quân đội VNCH chỉ vượt qua chốt chặn trên đường quốc lộ 13 là nhờ những tân binh mới ra trường, họ dám xung phong. Còn lính dày dạn lửa đạn sẽ không dám. Mà không dám xung phong là không thể nhổ chốt. May ra lần này đưa lính Chechnya, xung phong nếu chết thì về trời với trinh nữ bao quanh thì được.

Ông bộ trưởng quốc phòng Nga vẫn chưa xuất hiện, hình như buổi họp vừa qua là video giả. Tin tức bây giờ gọi là nghe tin là ... tức. Không thể biết thật hay fake. Nên mấy tay chém gió như tui rất cẩn thận mà vẫn có khi lộn như thường. Bây giờ video ghép, rồi hình ghép tràn lan. Thấy tin có lợi mà xớn xác chia sẻ là hố hàng liền. Có điều mình có thể phỏng đoán. Thí dụ như trong trận chiến thì người chỉ huy phải xuất hiện thường xuyên để khích lệ binh sĩ. Ông tổng thống Ukraine mà cỡ 2 ngày im lìm là bà con đồn đoán ổng " chẩu " liền. Do đó ngày nào ông cũng phải xuất hiện. Nay cả nửa tháng không thấy ông bộ trưởng, thì người ta phải bàn tán thôi. Tui nghĩ ổng với Putin hết nhìn mặt nhau rồi dù hai người thân thiết, luôn rủ nhau ....đi câu cá . Cận thần quanh Putin dần dần biến mất. Quân bây đâu? .... không nghe tiếng dạ... thì thôi rồi Lượm.

Đánh hết nổi thì phải ngồi vào bàn đàm phán, đó là quy luật. Bây giờ là lúc các nhà chính trị trổ tài , quyền lợi quốc gia đặt trên vai họ. Làm thế nào được lợi nhất về mình nhưng cũng phải mở cho đối phương một con đường thì họ mới... chịu ký. Cũng ngay lúc này, mấy người bình luận như tui cũng phải tiên đoán kết quả. Đúng thì hay mà sai thì... huề. Nhưng phải đoán, chớ cái kiểu viết huề vốn đọc chán lắm.

Theo tui đoán Nga sẽ hết hùng hổ áp đặt mọi thứ như những lần trước. Có lẽ họ chỉ đòi Ukraine trung lập, không vào NATO, và nhượng bán đảo Crimea và Donbass. Không đòi xoá sổ chính quyền phát xít như họ nói nữa. Phía bên Ukraine thì thấy vào NATO làm quái gì nữa, cái tổ chức mà ông dượng tui chê hết lời là chưa làm gì ra hồn. Bán đảo Crimea thì xưa cũng là của Nga, thôi thì trả quách cho rồi, chiếm lại ....cũng ngoài khả năng. Còn vùng Donbass giờ cũng giống cái gân con gà, nên thương lượng để họ tự trị nhưng vẫn là đất của Ukraine. Nói chung, uýnh nhau cho đã thì đâu lại vào đấy, vẫn.... như cũ. Hai bên đều tuyên bố mình thắng.

Trận chiến nào cũng có thương vong nhưng chưa thấm gì với VN. Nghe tin tức tuyên truyền của cả đôi bên thì thấy cũng trầm trọng nhưng tui cảm thấy không đến nỗi. Người lính Nga không phải kiểu vô làng là tàn sát. Có vài chuyện chết oan mà chiến tranh đều không tránh khỏi. Coi chừng lính Nga còn chết nhiều hơn dân Ukraine . Đâu ai ngờ thế kỷ 21 này mà còn uýnh nhau. Mấy chục năm trước cha mẹ hay thầy giáo uýnh mấy nhóc là chuyện thường, bây giờ là lớn chuyện phải không? Thì nước này xâm chiếm nước kia cũng vậy. Không thể nhân danh cái này cái nọ mà đem quân uýnh người ta. Mới đây một diễn viên tát một MC trước bàn dân thiên hạ. Nhiều comments nói làm vậy là đúng. Rõ ràng hành vi bạo lực vẫn được tán dương. Tui thì tẩy chay anh diễn viên này. Cái Oscar chết tiệt.

Qua cuộc chiến này ta cũng có nhiều bài học. Một nước Campuchea mà nghe nói là chư hầu của TQ vẫn hiên ngang bỏ phiếu chống và nói rằng Nga vi phạm luật pháp quốc tế. Chính quyền VN bênh hành động của Nga. Nhiều người đã chửi Ukraine ngu ngôc. Rõ ràng nền giáo dục " cứu cánh biện minh phương tiện " đã ngấm sâu vào máu, như ma tuý, không bỏ được. Đám này được cái miệng chớ nghe súng nổ cái đùng là chạy hết. Tâm lý muốn trung lập để được yên thân dù cái thân nô lệ cũng chấp nhận. Than ôi! Đâu rồi một VN thắng bao đế quốc mà giờ hèn hơn cả Campuchea....

Yesterday, I heard that Russia announced the completion of their so called special operation (invasion in disguise). Like Mr. Deng Xiaoping said back in 1979: "finished teaching Vietcong a lesson". Now it's time to withdraw troops in ....victory. Decades ago, Mr. Deng was smart and only dared to invade the Vietnamese provinces along the border, so it was safe to retreat. In contrast, Putin this year had "poked" too deep into the Ukraine territory. I'm afraid it's difficult for him to retreat. It is for sure that on hearing the news of "completion of the operation", the Russian soldiers who are now hiding in the forest will immediately wet their pants. What the soldiers are most afraid of are: being dumped like rubbish. They are not afraid of death, but must know that when they are injured or lost, they will be cared for.

The news channels that have openly worshipped Putin are very quick in defending the action of Putin’s Russian army. They say this is the plan of Putin’s Russia: "to lure snakes – Ukraine army – out of their hiding caves", also known as "the trick to lure tigers out of their dens". Russia still has many highly dangerous secret weapons, waiting and ready to use. They are convincing that when the Ukrainian main armed force shows up they will fall into the Russian’s traps, and will be quickly destroyed. It also makes sense hearing this scenario. Some other news channels, they said that this is a plan of "thrusting the Eastern flank then attacking the Western flank", that is, pretending to attack Kiev but actually pushing to capture the whole Donbass and the Sea of ​​Azov, thus further expanding Russia's territory joining with Crimea and secure the sea route to Black Sea. It also makes sense.

Ukrainian soldiers, as I have discussed previously, have been applying the strategy of "controlling the intense of fire ", means reducing the firewood to prevent the water from boiling. They dodged the attacks, on the one hand appealed to the world for help, and on the other hand, preserve the armed force and hit the Russian logistics from behind. The most important condition for the fighting troops need is morale, the feeling of imminent victory elevates the soldiers' morale to a new high. However, when they hear that the generals were killed, then the news of no more ammo, running out of fuels...., they no longer have the guts to continue the fighting. Like boiling water is stopped from boiling by removing the fire wood. The attacks obviously are stopped. Now Putin will apply the tactic of “retreating is the best strategy”, what else Putin can do but “withdraw in honour”. Because for an attacking army, if it stops advancing forward, it will be destroyed.

In the army, there are many branches and they need to smoothly co-ordinate together to create the victory in the battlefield. In attacking it includes parachute jumps, marines, commandos or special force units, field artilleries, air and naval supports. After capturing a region or a town infantry units must coordinate with local militia to secure the liberated land and to stabilize the people's wellbeing. This army unit doesn't need to be good at fighting, just... a large number of them is fine, so mercenaries or volunteers can be included in this group. Occupying a city of a million people, it requires tens of thousands of soldiers to govern it. Therefore, as a general, you must know along the route the main army passes through, a lot of troops are needed to stay behind to secure the occupied area, and to keep the rears safe.

If the invasion army serves the just cause, wherever they go, the armed militia will rise up and form the security group to hold and protect the liberated land. In this case, there is no need to leave many troops behind, not to mention recruiting additional troops for the front line. So the deeper the army advances, the larger of the number of soldiers are needed. So sometimes the army starts with only a hundred thousand, but when it reaches the target where it needs to be surrounded destroyed and liberated, the number of troops can increase to millions. That is the meaning of the victorious army.

Probably it was the optimistic thought in the heads of the “superb advisers” of Putin. Believe that absolute majority of Ukraine people would support the Russian invasion army. In addition, the local people speak Russian too....Believe that they would be welcome the Russian soldiers with open arms. Who would have thought that the Ukraine people do not welcome the so called “Russian liberation army”, and would rather stay put to fight to death than run toward the Russian’s control in the East, or flee to the West still in the hands of the Ukraine government and its armed force. So bringing two hundred thousand soldiers into the country of fourty million people, that's right, is like dropping a bowl of salt to the sea. The advancing troops keep shrinking, while additional troops are hard to gather. To replenish fresh troops, it takes a whole year, not easy, especially while the war is being lost.

It's easy to advance, but so difficult to retreat. Now there is a great need for a talented general to lead the fighting. The way to retreat troops out of dangers is to.... fight harder ... with all available deadly and/or mass killing fire power in the arsenal, use them as the tools in the negotiation or the means to create a corridor for a smooth and safe withdrawal. So I am afraid that Russia will use strategic deterrent weapons in the near future. The mad man Putin can do it and will do anything to hold on to his supreme power and also his head. Past history shows no dictator will give up their power easily and without causing mass destructions and millions of deaths.

It is at this point that the negotiating table is necessary. From Vietnam’s past history, we have a lot of experiences with this scenario. Enough is enough! Let them withdraw safely (or create a safe passage for them to retreat), keep good relationships for the future. If it is necessary, apologize to the “great” nation and offer tributes. Be ready, be prepared. A small ant avoiding the big elephant is not a shame. This is the moment, if Ukraine makes a small concession, the war can be stopped, if pushes the Russian too hard, be careful, there would be a possible chance to meet ... the "euthanasia" doctor.

Hôm qua , nghe tin Nga thông báo đã hoàn thành chiến dịch đặc biệt. Như kiểu ông Đặng đã nói " dạy xong bài học ". Giờ tới màn rút quân trong ....chiến thắng. Mấy chục năm trước ông Đặng biết khôn, chỉ dám oánh mấy tỉnh biên giới nên an toàn khi rút về. Còn Putin năm nay "thọc " sâu quá. Tui e rằng rút về coi bộ khó. Bảo đảm rằng khi nghe tin " hoàn thành chiến dịch" , quân sĩ Nga giờ đang lẩn trốn trong rừng té đái liền. Người lính sợ nhất là " đem con bỏ chợ ". Họ không sợ chết nhưng phải biết khi bị thương hay mất đều được lo lắng chu đáo.

Mấy kênh sùng bái Putin rất nhanh nhạy. Họ nói đây là kế " dụ rắn khỏi hang ", còn gọi là " điệu hổ ly sơn". Nga còn nhiều hàng độc chưa xài ,đợi khi đại quân Ukraine mắc bẫy xuất hiện, sẽ tiêu diệt gọn. Nghe cũng có lý. Một kênh khác, nói rằng đây là kế " dương đông kích tây ", nghĩa là giả bộ đánh Kiev nhưng thật ra là chiếm Donbass và biển Azov, mở rộng lãnh thổ Nga. Nghe cũng có lý luôn.

Phe binh Ukraine như tui thì bàn rằng Ukraine áp dụng kế " phủ để trừu tân ", nghĩa đen là bớt củi cho nước khỏi sôi. Họ tránh né các mũi tấn công, một mặt kêu gọi thế giới giúp đỡ, một mặt đánh vào hậu cần tiếp tế của Nga. Đoàn quân tấn công cần nhất là nhuệ khí, cái không khí chiến thắng hừng hực khiến tinh thần người lính lên rất cao. Vậy mà cứ nghe tin tướng chết, rồi hết đạn, hết xăng...., họ không còn tâm trí để xung phong. Lửa sôi mà bị nguội. Các mũi tiến công tự nhiên dừng lại. Giờ Putin sẽ áp đụng kế " tẩu vi thượng sách ", rút lui chớ biết làm sao. Vì đoàn quân tấn công mà dừng lại là bị tiêu diệt.

Trong quân đội ,có nhiều binh chủng cần phối hợp với nhau nhuần nhuyễn mới tạo chiến thắng. Tấn công thì có nhảy dù, thủy quân lục chiến phối hợp biệt kích hay đặc nhiệm, có không quân, hải quân yểm trợ . Chiếm được thì phải có bộ binh phối hợp với dân quân ở địa phương để giữ đất và ổn định dân sinh. Cánh quân này không cần thiện chiến, chỉ cần... đông là được, nên lính đánh thuê hoặc tình nguyện gì đó là trong đội quân này. Chiếm một thành phố triệu dân thì phải có mấy chục ngàn mới giữ được. Nên làm tướng phải biết đoạn đường quân chủ lực đi qua, phải cần bao nhiêu quân ở lại chiếm đóng, giữ an toàn hậu cứ.

Nếu đoàn quân có chính nghĩa, thì tiến đến đâu, dân quân sẽ nổi lên đến đó và thành lập đội quân giữ đất. Lúc này không cần để lại nhiều quân làm chi, chưa kể còn tuyển quân bổ sung cho tiền tuyến. Thế là đội quân càng tiến sâu càng đông hơn. Nên nhiều khi đoàn quân khởi điểm chỉ trăm ngàn nhưng khi đánh đến điểm cần bao vây tiêu diệt, quân số tăng lên hàng triệu. Đó mới là đoàn quân sẽ thắng.

Chắc cũng là suy nghĩ lạc quan trong đầu mấy " thầy dùi " của Putin . Nghĩ rằng dân sẽ ủng hộ, dân nói tiếng Nga cũng nhiều mà....Nghĩ rằng sẽ được chào đón. Ai ngờ đi đến đâu dân chạy đến đó mà nhất định thà chết chớ không chạy qua hướng đông, cứ nhắm hướng tây mà chạy. Thế nên đem có hai trăm ngàn tiến vô đất nước bốn chục triệu dân. Đúng là muối bỏ biển. Đoàn quân tiền phương cứ teo dần, quân bổ sung kiếm chưa ra. Muốn bổ sung quân phải cần cả năm chớ không dễ.

Tiến quân thì dễ chớ rút thì khó vô vàn. Bây giờ rất cần một vị tướng tài ba .Cái cách để rút được quân trở về là phải.... đánh mạnh hơn nữa ...bằng vũ khí độc lạ để có thể thương lượng một hành lang rút quân êm thấm. Nên tui e rằng sắp tới Nga sẽ sử dụng các vũ khí răn đe chiến lược.

Chính lúc này , bàn thương thuyết là cần thiết. VN ta có kinh nghiệm nhiều trong vụ này. Thôi! Để họ rút đi an toàn, giữ mối giao hảo về sau. Nếu cần phải xin lỗi đại quốc và triều cống, cũng sẵn sàng. Tránh voi chẳng xấu mặt nào. Đây chính là thời điểm nếu Ukraine nhượng bộ một chút, có thể chấm dứt được chiến tranh, chớ nếu cương quá, coi chừng phải đi .... bác sĩ " cường ".

I keep my eyes on the outcome from the recent NATO’s meeting to see if there's anything new. There was also a general announcement threatening Russia a little bit. Like: if Russia uses chemical weapons and let them ....flying across the borders of the countries of the NATO bloc... then watch out for us. Nothing else, it does not respond to the begging requests of the president of Ukraine. Only the US goes ahead alone with the oil embargo. Europe doesn't dare to do it, instead they run around to find enough Russian Rubles -not US dollars-, to pay for the oil they bought from Russia. Russia doesn't want to take US notes. In general, the United States, although far away on the other side of the Atlantic, she always received bad raw deal from EU countries in everything. Through this, I respect the American people with the clear black and white spirit: if “you are dirty, I will not play with you”. Not to mention now that most of all aids to Ukraine depend on the US (military, economic and humanitarian), not much from the rich Western European countries. From time to time they "threw" to Ukraine some old stuffs, but the US has to replace with new toys.

It has been common that embargo only caused suffering to ordinary people, it was difficult, rather impossible, to knock down a government, especially dictatorial regimes, not to mention communist regimes. World history has not seen any government to disintegrate from embargo, because most of the embargoed countries are dictatorial states. The more the embargo, the more their neighbouring countries will reap the benefits. A Hong Kong flourished when mainland China and Vietnam were embargoed, or Du Bai was brighten up while Iran fell. Now Turkey will thrive if Russia is banned. Goods will enter here and then be smuggled across the border, who knows. Economy is like water flowing from high places to low places, preventing the path it will find ways to go around. With such an example like this, it is understood immediately. So there are times when many countries take advantage of war to get rich, wishing for a long war to benefit, it's disgraceful but it's true.

The President of Ukraine has been crying for aids, the red cows (communist Vietnamese propaganda machine) bared their teeth and laughed openly at him. I clearly see his country is being hanged with a thin thread and on the verge of being wiped off the world map, it is okay to bare his face to the public and possibly to be stoned and ridiculed. Tui theo dõi mấy trự NATO họp hành, xem có gì mới không. Đại khái cũng ra được thông báo chung hăm doạ Nga chút đỉnh. Theo kiểu nếu Nga sử dụng vũ khí hoá học mà để nó ....bay qua ranh giới các nước thuộc khối thì... coi chừng tụi tui đó. Ngoài ra cũng không giúp được gì cho những yêu cầu xin xỏ của tổng thống Ukraine. Chuyện cấm vận xăng dầu thì chỉ có Mỹ làm. Còn Châu Âu thì không dám dù bây giờ phải đi kiếm đồng rúp để trả chớ đô la là Nga không thèm lấy. Nhìn chung nước Mỹ tuy ở xa nhưng cái gì cũng chịu phần thiệt thòi. Qua đây tui kính phục người dân Mỹ với tinh thần trắng đen rõ rệt: mày dơ là tao hỏng có chơi . Chưa kể bây giờ mọi viện trợ cho Ukraine đều trông vào Mỹ chớ Châu Âu lâu lâu " thí " cho Ukraine chút đồ cũ, mà phải Mỹ thay đồ mới cơ ,mới chịu.

Cấm vận xưa nay chỉ khổ người dân chớ khó lay động được chính quyền. Lịch sử thế giới chưa thấy chính phủ nào đổ vì cấm vận hết vì đa số các quốc gia bị cấm vận là nhà nước độc tài. Cấm chừng nào thì cái nước bên cạnh nó khá lên chừng ấy. Một Hong Kong phát triển khi Trung Hoa đại lục và VN bị cấm vận, hay một Du Bai rực rỡ bên Iran điêu tàn. Bây giờ Thổ Nhĩ Kỳ sẽ phát triển mạnh nếu Nga bị cấm. Hàng hoá sẽ vào đây rồi được tuồn qua biên giới, ai mà biết. Kinh tế như nước chỗ cao chảy xuống chỗ thấp, ngăn chỗ này nó vòng qua chỗ khác. Thí dụ như vậy là bà con hiểu liền. Nên có khi nhiều quốc gia lợi dụng chiến tranh để làm giàu, cầu mong chiến tranh kéo dài để hưởng lợi, thật bỉ ổi nhưng đó là sự thật.

Ông tổng thống Ukraine kêu gào viện trợ, mấy con bò nhe răng chê cười ổng quá xá. Tui thì thấy quốc gia ổng đang ngàn cân treo sợi tóc, muối mặt chút có sao đâu, xin được chút nào hay chút đó. Quân đội Ukraine phải chiến đấu theo kiểu nhà nghèo, chắt chiu từng quả đạn. Xem các clips quân Nga bắn mà thấy khoái. Bắn tá lả, không cần biết trúng hay không. Bắn kiểu này thì Putin có bao nhiêu tiền cũng không đủ. Còn xem Ukraine hạ một chiến hạm bự ngày hôm qua. Họ phải biết kho đạn của con tầu để ở đâu rồi bắn ngay vào chỗ đó , rồi nhờ đạn của nó nổ mới chìm được con tầu. Chớ bắn đại là chỉ gãi ngứa thôi. Rồi cũng mới nghe tin thêm một ông tướng ác ôn của Nga tham gia hội cờ tướng Lê Nin nữa. Ông này oánh ở Mariupol, đánh hoài hỏng ăn, chỉ giết dân là giỏi. Bò VN cho rằng tổng thống Ukraine không chịu trung lập nên bị đánh và dân chết chóc. Xứ dân chủ , lãnh đạo phải làm theo ý nguyện người dân chớ đâu được làm theo ý của mình như bò nghĩ. Mới đây ông thủ tướng Nga còn xác nhận uýnh Ukraine là quyết định của cá nhân Putin. Còn ta, đôi lúc bực mình cũng ... chửi NATO, nhưng họ cũng trong hoàn cảnh làm theo ý dân của họ.Thôi, dầu có thất vọng cũng ráng chịu hén. ( lâu lâu bình lựn kiểu huề vốn một chút).

Có điều nói gì thì nói, cũng phải đá qua ông dượng một chút bà con mới chịu. Lâu lâu dượng cũng đi thăm lính tráng chút. Thấy sao mà lính bu quanh ổng đông nghẹt, ai cũng ráng bắt được cái tay, chụp chung một tấm hình. Hôm qua bác Bi cũng bắt chước đến thăm lính để ra vẻ ta đây cũng thương người lính xa nhà. ( Ba Lan ).Thấy ai cũng ngồi im, không khí lạnh lẽo. Hỏng ai đòi chụp hình mà cũng hỏng ai chịu bắt tay.

Everyone believe that the supernatural forces are behind everything that happens in this world.

I don't believe with that assumption, even though there are evidences backing this. I believe, in some special situation, ordinary people will decide the outcome, not by any superpower. In the chess game, all pieces have the same value, depending on the time of playing. The patriotism of the Ukrainian people is a huge surprise to almost everyone interesting in the world’s current affairs.

With that perspective, I take the liberty of commenting a little bit on the war in Ukraine after exactly one month of being attacked by Russia.

Time has passed unbelievably fast. I haven't summed up how many articles I've written, just remember somewhat quite a few pieces were written since the war was going on for about a week, I wrote one article about "post-war", meaning that Russia lost and Ukraine had to worry about her post-war. War is not my specialty, though. I intended to stop discussing about the war and to continue writing about "life’s matters and its taste" that my fans (old) are waiting for, to read to pass the time. It’s a surprise knowing that my friends and followers asked me to continue writing about the war in Ukraine, causing me to be “Gone with the wind” since when I don’t know. In general, if what I have guessed about the battlefield’s situation in Ukraine is quite correct like the war strategist advisers, then I don't end up ... a mason to make a living. That’s life. hi hi. So for my readers, I always wish that even in the most pessimistic time, we could still smile. Just like a video clip showing Ukrainian soldiers, performing a classical concert music next to the ruined buildings.

Today, most of Russia's main invading forces are on the way to disintegration because of Putin's fatal mistake. No one ever thought that he hit Ukraine with such full force. Before February 24, many of you were sure he didn't dare to attack Ukraine. Ordinary person knows that it is impossible to defeat a country of 44 million people with only two hundred thousand soldiers. This number of troops was only enough to overwhelm the Donbass and attack Mariupol in order to divide Ukraine into two parts, East and West. So when Putin played big with the all-out invasion with thousands of tanks openly marching forward deep into the Ukraine’s territory, also to show off the Russia’s might to the West, it startled everyone with the reasonable mind. This is his personal decision, not through Russian’s Parliament. Looks like Russia is totally in his hands. He must had discussed with some top generals or his intelligence machines and was fooled by these fooled guys: “Sir President Putin, as soon as we march our tanks and soldiers in, the Ukraine paper tiger army will flee, run off and hide like rabbits, they only dare to fight like hopeless guerrillas. We just move in with our deadly and powerful tanks with the lightning speed using their own main highway straight to their heart –Kiev, Sir Mr President. Three days are the most it will take to make Zelensky to kneel down, like uncle Bi of the US of A, pleads for mercy!!”

Putin stroked his beard and laughed: “in three days, I will see the Ukrainians waving the Ukraine and Russian flags to welcome me.... Yes...” (I forgot, Putin has no beard).

Honestly, the Russian army is very strong, they also have a long history of fighting, but thinking that Ukraine people are just weakly pawns, Putin of Russia did not flex all of their power. They think that the Ukrainian government will run away (even the weakling kneeling Biden of USA also thought so, and offered a free seat to Zelensky to America). And the Ukraine people, after all, are the children of Great Russia as Putin said, so the Russian force initially didn’t touch them. Because of that belief, the Russian thought that they will quickly enter and occupy Kiev like entering a no-man's-land. Until he discovered that no Ukraine had supported me, but fought with the guerrilla tactic, and guerrillas are mingling with the people. It's hard to fight the war from this point. Use conventional war will kill all the civilians. And they got into a slough, a dilemma. There are not enough troops to advance in all fronts, while supplies have not arrived, and will not arrive. If withdrawing, the retreating route is so far away. Coming in is by motor vehicles, when retreating have to walk. In short, I know the tragic situation is encountered by the Russian wearing army.

In the south of Ukraine, in the city of Mariupol, the Russians used the old tactic of razing every house, every hiding place. The old saying is to drain off all the water to catch fish. But they forgot one thing, running out of water but still... slimy, and the fish could still live there. Militia set up camp, entrenched, would rather die, no surrender. When the pawns are entrenched in the deep trenches, the mechanized infantry could not advance, even the tanks. Removing a trench in the Vietnam battlefield, even the B52 still succumbed. Watch some clips of Russian troops fighting, it’s bored to death. Detecting the target, they just shoot indiscriminately, do not aim. Shoot one magazine after another and then hide, but would not dare to advance. No one makes the first move. So the commander must set an example. Just show his head then the loud sound of gun fire: "boom", one of their officers fell. A few days ago Ukrainian tanks finally appeared, not in groups like the Russians, but only by two, to support each other. The Russian infantry did not bring anti-tank guns, so they could not stand against the fire power of the tanks the fire, and all fled. Ukrainian troops have recaptured several important cities in the last few days.

That's the situation in the past month. I think Putin will not give up. This is his personality. He will probably rearrange his army to continue the war. But the surprise game has passed, internal power struggling of the inner circles is now a serious –life and death - problem. As soon as Putin had threatened Poland, the Polish government immediately expelled dozens of Russian diplomats. It shows that they are not afraid of the Russian.

One thing I noticed is that Ukraine's army has grown, fought methodically, coordinated intelligence and information technology. This is thanks to the US and mainly also to President Trump. Looks like my Stepfather got scolded for everything he did, but he always did the right thing, from oil and gas exploration in the US to training the Ukrainian army. Aid by giving out money or military equipment is often eaten up by corruption. But training the army to create a military foundation of a country is the right thing to do. In the armies of communist countries, the "political commissar" or political officer, doesn't go to military school, but army commanders must obey whatever they say. In the army of communist countries, officers of the communist party are the supreme commanders of the units. Thus they mercilessly toasted their troops in the battle as long as the party’s resolution was fulfilled. The communist Chinese and communist Vietnamese (Vietcong) armies follow this philosophy. In the US military, an officer is an officer, a soldier is a soldier. Officers must studied and graduated from a proper military school. This was the basis for their victory in battles. Weapons are just secondary. When President Trump was not satisfied with NATO organization run by EU countries, he focused on giving aids to Ukraine, because knowing that as Ukraine is strong, Russia will also be held back, there is no need for America to feed NATO for its huge defense costs to protect the EU countries while the rich EU countries members themselves noticeably Germany, France, Belgium, Denmark only contribute so little, like peanut. So Correct.

The Ukrainian army is trained in the imitation of the US National Guard. America spends the aid money to teach them. They don't waste money like spending money on NATO like before. So this time, Putin’s Russian arm force was caught out with deadly surprises. The Ukraine army was so weak in the year of 2014, facing the Russian army, they fled with their pants down.... Phải dân chơi cờ tướng mới biết. Chốt trong bàn cờ là quân nhỏ nhất, chỉ tiến từng bước một và dễ bị thí, gọi là thí chốt. Thí cho bàn cờ rộng rãi, các quân khác di chuyển dễ dàng hơn hoặc đại loại theo một mục đích tấn công nào đó. Nói tóm lại thân phận con chốt ( còn gọi là "tốt") như con sâu cái kiến. Chỉ khi cờ tàn, lúc này xe pháo mã ngủm củ tỏi, chốt mới là quan trọng, quyết định thắng thua.

Theo các thuyết âm mưu mà dân bình luận khoái trích dẫn , thì mấy nước nhỏ chỉ là con chốt trong bàn cờ thế giới mà người đánh cờ là các cường quốc. Nào là Mỹ dùng Ukraine để chống phá Nga, TQ và Nga chia nhau ảnh hưởng ở Mông Cổ , Mỹ dùng Đài Loan kiềm chế TQ... bla bla.... Nhiều lắm. Mà trên mấy nước lớn còn có những nhà tài phiệt chi phối toàn cầu. Vỉa hè là nơi bình luận xôm tụ nhất. Ai cũng tin có một thế lực siêu phàm đứng sau tất cả mọi chuyện.

Tui không tin lắm dù họ dẫn chứng rất hợp lý. Tui tin vào con người ở vào từng hoàn cảnh , con người nhỏ bé sẽ quyết định chớ không phải quyền lực siêu phàm nào hết. Trong bàn cờ, mọi quân cờ đều giá trị ngang nhau, tuỳ thời điểm mà nó phát huy. Tinh thần yêu nước của dân Ukraine là một bất ngờ với mọi người.

Với góc nhìn đó , tui mạn phép bình lựn chút đỉnh về cuộc chiến Ukraine sau đúng một tháng bị Nga tấn công.

Thời gian trôi nhanh không ngờ. Tui chưa tổng kết xem mình đã viết bao nhiêu bài , chỉ nhớ đâu đó khi cuộc chiến diễn ra khoảng một tuần, tui viết bài " hậu chiến ", ý là Nga thua rồi và Ukraine phải lo hậu chiến như thế nào . Chuyện chiến tranh không phải sở trường của tui. Định chấm dứt để viết tiếp mảng " tình đời " mà các fans ( già ) đang chờ. Ai dè bà con yêu cầu viết tiếp, khiến mình cuốn theo chiều gió hồi nào không hay. Nhìn chung, diễn biến chiến trường tui đoán khá đúng y như quân sư nhưng " đời mà "!, lúc nào đoán cái gì cũng đúng thì bây giờ đâu có làm... thợ hồ hi hi. Nên với bạn đọc, tui luôn mong muốn dù trong lúc bi quan nhất mình vẫn có thể nở nụ cười. Y hệt như một clip các quân nhân Ukraine, chơi đàn hoà tấu bên những toà nhà đổ nát.

Bữa nay, hầu như đại quân của Nga đang trên đường tan rã vì sai lầm chết người của Putin. Không ai nghĩ rằng ông đánh Ukraine tổng lực như vậy. Trước ngày 24/2 ,nhiều bạn đoan chắc ổng không dám đánh và các bạn này đã nghĩ đúng. Một người bình thường thôi cũng biết là không thể thắng một quốc gia 44 triệu dân với chỉ hai trăm ngàn quân sĩ. Số quân này chỉ đủ tràn vào Donbass và đánh Mariupol để phân chia nước Ukraine thành hai phần thì may ra. Nên Putin chơi lớn khiến ai nấy giật mình. Đây là quyết định cá nhân ổng chớ không thông qua quốc hội. Xem như nước Nga trong tay ổng. Chắc ổng có bàn bạc với mấy ông tướng hay tình báo và bị mấy cha này .... xúi dại : mình tiến vô là nó chạy tuốt rồi , nó chỉ dám đánh du kích thôi, mình tiến sao cho nhanh là được tổng thống ạ!

Putin vuốt râu cười khà khà : ba ngày nữa tao vô cho dân Ukraine phất cờ đón tiếp nghe.... Dạ dạ....( ý quên, Putin hỏng có râu ).

Thiệt tình thì quân đội Nga rất mạnh, họ cũng có bề dầy lịch sử đánh đấm, nhưng nghĩ Ukraine cỡ con chốt nên không tung hết sức. Họ nghĩ chính quyền Ukraine sẽ ù té chạy, còn người dân, dẫu sao cũng là con dân của Đại Nga như Putin nói, nên họ ít đụng đến dân. Chính vì chiến lược lửng lơ con cá vàng đó mà họ ỷ y tiến vào vây Kiev như chỗ không người. Đến khi biết không ai ủng hộ, mà du kích thì luôn ở chung với dân. Lúc này đánh mới khó. Chơi bạo chết dân hết thì sao? Và họ đã sa vào một bãi lầy, tiến thoái lưỡng nan. Tiến thì không đủ quân và tiếp tế chưa đến được. Thoái thì đường về xa thẳm. Lúc vô đi xe, lúc về chạy bộ. Nói sơ là biết tình cảnh bi đát cho quân Nga rồi.

Phía nam Ukraine, tại Mariupol,họ dùng chiến thuật xưa nay là san bằng bình địa mọi căn nhà, mọi chỗ ẩn núp. Nói theo kiểu xưa là tát hết nước để bắt cá. Nhưng họ quên một điều, hết nước nhưng vẫn còn... sình, và con cá vẫn sống được ở nơi đó. Dân quân lập chốt, cố thủ, thà chết không hàng . Khi mà chốt đã cố thủ dưới các hầm hào sâu thì bộ binh không thể tiến được, chấp cả xe tăng. Nhổ được một chốt ở chiến trường VN, có cả B52 vẫn chịu thua. Chốt này chết họ làm chốt mới...

Xem mấy clips quân Nga đánh đấm, chán chết được. Phát hiện mục tiêu là họ bắn đại, không nhắm. Bắn hết băng đạn này đến băng đạn khác rồi núp chớ không chịu tiến lên. Ai ngon lên trước đi. Chỉ huy phải làm gương chớ sao. Vừa lú đầu là " cắc bùm ", một viên một là sĩ quan té nhào. Mấy bữa nay xe tăng của Ukraine đã xuất hiện. Không đi từng bầy, mà chỉ hai chiếc yểm trợ nhau. Bộ binh Nga không đem súng chống tăng nên chịu không nổi hỏa lực, bỏ chạy hết. Quân Ukraine đã chiếm lại mấy thành phố quan trọng.

Tình hình một tháng qua là vậy. Tui nghĩ Putin sẽ không chịu thua. Đây là cá tính của ổng. Chắc ổng sẽ sắp xếp lại quân lực để chơi tiếp . Nhưng cái thời cơ nó qua rồi, nội bộ bây giờ là một vấn đề. Quốc tế cũng đề phòng và chuẩn bị đồ chơi. Putin mới hăm Ba Lan thì họ trục xuất luôn cả mấy chục nhân viên ngoại giao Nga. Như vậy họ cũng đâu có sợ.

Một điều tui nhận thấy là quân đội Ukraine đã lớn mạnh, đánh có bài bản, phối hợp tình báo và kỹ thuật tin học . Đây là nhờ công của Mỹ và một phần cũng của tổng thống Trump. Hình như ông dượng tui làm cái gì cũng bị chửi nhưng toàn làm chuyện đúng. Từ khai thác dầu khí tại Mỹ đến huấn luyện cho quân đội Ukraine. Viện trợ bằng tiền hay khí tài quân sự thường bị tham nhũng nó xơi hết. Nhưng huấn luyện quân đội để tạo một nền tảng quân sự của một quốc gia là điều đúng đắn. Quân đội mấy nước cộng sản thì cái cha " chính ủy " hay chính trị viên, không học trường quân sự nhưng nói gì là sĩ quan phải nghe theo. Quân đội của họ là đảng chỉ huy quân. Do đó họ nướng quân không thương tiếc miễn hoàn thành nghị quyết. Quân đội Trung Quốc và Việt Nam theo trường phái này. Quân đội Mỹ thì quan ra quan, lính ra lính. Sĩ quan phải có học và tốt nghiệp trường quân sự. Đây chính là nền tảng cho sự chiến thắng của họ trong các trận chiến. Vũ khí chỉ là phụ. Khi không hài lòng với NATO , ông đặt trọng tâm vào Ukraine , vì biết Ukraine mạnh mẽ thì Nga cũng bị cầm chân, đâu cần tới NATO với chi phí quốc phòng khủng khiếp mà họ đếch chịu góp đủ. Đúng .

Quân đội Ukraine được huấn luyện rập theo vệ binh quốc gia Mỹ . Mỹ chi tiền để dạy học. Họ không phung phí như kiểu chi tiền nuôi NATO nữa. Vì thế lần này, Nga không ngờ. Đội quân xìu xìu như năm 14 ,gặp quân Nga là chạy....

They have been specialized in taking advantage of the US and abused their privileges, contributing the least but arrogantly asking the most from the US in contributing to the cost of defending their own countries against the threatening of the communist Soviet Union then Putin’s Russia, while reaping profits from openly doing trade with Russia - oil and gas. Through the war in Ukraine, their weaknesses are being exposed. In the end, in order to save the rest of Europe and the world from the inapt actions of the richest and most powerful countries in Europe, the US of America once again has to jump in to resolve all troubles that are happening in Europe. This time with the war in Ukraine, Uncle Bi can’t rest in peace as he and his Democrat cronies wished.

But if they are as passive as NATO, only look to themselves, then if Russia attacks them one by one, like breaking a chopstick, like what is happening with Ukraine, no way they can be saved and be survived. And they already did with Poland, Czech, Slovenia, Sweden, Finland... But as a member of NATO, if they want to do anything, they need to confer with the US beforehand. NATO - Tổ Chức Hiệp Ước Bắc Đại Tây Dương

Từ hồi thành lập cái khối này, hình như khối chưa ra tay trong một cuộc chiến nào hết. Bạn nào có thông tin xin chia sẻ giùm nhé. Tui thì viết bài theo chủ quan, nghĩ sao viết vậy, không có thì giờ tra cứu nên nhiều khi thiếu sót. May là cộng đồng mạng bao la, đính chính rất kịp thời nên mình không sợ sai vì luôn châm ngôn rằng: viết không sợ sai, sai đâu sửa đó ( sửa đâu sai đó, sửa đó sai đâu..., càng sửa càng sai..., câu kinh này tụi tui phải đọc hồi những năm 80 khi miền nam là con chuột bạch xây dựng cnxh).

Tui thì thấy cái khối này coi bộ xôm tụ nhưng rườm rà, chuyện gì cũng chờ mấy chục em đồng ý mới có hành động . Ông dượng tui ghét nó cay đắng. To mồm có ông Pháp, ông Đức mà chuyên lợi dụng. Qua cuộc chiến Ukraine mới bộc lộ những điểm yếu kém của họ. Rút cục chuyện gì cũng phải Mỹ đứng ra giải quyết. Bác Bi lần này cũng không yên thân.

Bởi vậy ông tổng thống Ukraine ngao ngán lắc đầu. Cái nguyên tắc phòng thủ, chỉ uýnh khi mày đụng đến tao là xưa rồi. Thời này hoả tiễn siêu thanh bay vù vù, chờ nó bắn tới mới động binh là quá trễ. Nhưng cũng phải thông cảm, nước nào dân số cũng giảm, nghe chiến tranh là sợ muốn chết.

Có một chuyện mình cần để ý. Giữa lúc loạn lạc mà ba vị thủ tướng lân bang với Ukraine đến thăm Kiev. Không biết họ nói với nhau điều gì. Rồi ít bữa nữa bác Bi phải qua Ba Lan để họp. Tui đoán rằng ba nước này xưa đều nếm cái mùi mắm tôm rồi nên sợ phải ngửi lần nữa ....( đọc bài hương vị tự do ). Họ có lý do để phải sát cánh với Ukraine dù phải chia sẻ xương máu. Có lẽ họ sẽ thành lập một liên minh để cùng chiến đấu với Ukraine, chớ nếu thụ động như NATO , rủi Nga tấn công luôn họ thì mấy anh võ mồm đâu cứu được. Nếu tui đoán đúng, xin bà con vài cái likes nhé.

Cái " chiến dịch đặc biệt " kể như phá sản rồi dù Putin vẫn nói nó ... theo đúng kế hoạch. Bây giờ ổng đang gom quân các nơi để bắt đầu cuộc chiến khác, có thể lâu dài hơn. Dẫu sao họ vẫn là cường quốc quân sự hạng hai thế giới. Chiến dịch này vì khinh địch nên thất bại ( tui đoán ngay từ bài đầu cuộc chiến, quân số có hai trăm ngàn là không đủ, phải hai triệu), họ sẽ đổi chiến lược khác, huy động toàn lực để chiến thắng. Putin không để thua dễ dàng đâu nếu ông còn nắm quyền lực. Bây giờ họ có thể rút bớt quân và dùng ưu thế hỏa tiễn, phi pháo bắn lai rai, không cho Ukraine yên ổn.... vài năm trong khi họ xoay chuyển quân đội. Có cấm vận, nhưng với một quốc gia lớn như Nga, nó không thể sụp đổ liền.

Tui khoái ông dượng ở chỗ quyết đoán. Nhớ năm nào chú Ủn khoe có nút hạt nhân, dượng tui nói nút tao bự hơn nút mày nè. Phải vậy Mỹ và thế giới mới yên ổn vài năm. Bác Bi thì cứ gào lên : tao hỏng bao giờ đem quân vô đâu nghe..... Bác sợ, nhưng bác chỉ cần im cái mồm là cũng phước đức cho dân Ukraine biết bao. Đánh xì phé mà cứ khoe con bài tẩy là sao? Mình nhát nhưng đừng tỏ vẻ nhát, cứ đem vài cái tầu ngầm nguyên tử lặn ngay biển Đen coi có ai nói gì không....

Tui cũng đã viết từ năm ngoái, sau dịch giã là chiến tranh, hồi đó cứ nghĩ là TQ với Đài Loan, nhưng nó lại xảy ra ở bên kia địa cầu. Có điều lịch sử lập lại, bao giờ cơn khốn đốn cũng phải cỡ 7 năm. Mình mới đang ở năm thứ ba... Mình nghĩ vậy thì cái đầu của các lãnh đạo còn hơn mình mấy ngàn lần. Do đó họ phải chuẩn bị cho một cuộc chiến tranh trường kỳ. Một mình Ukraine không thể chơi dài hơi với Nga, họ sẽ thất bại. Nên các nước kế cận thấy cần phải hành động. Có điều muốn làm gì cũng phải hỏi qua Mỹ một tiếng, dẫu sao Mỹ vẫn là đại ca, có tiền, có lực. Tui hóng bác Bi sang Ba Lan lần này , hy vọng nên bột nên hồ, chớ để chị H đi, thấy chị cười không hà....
