Recently, the news that the war in Ukraine has been less intense. Ukraine and Russia fight back and forth in rubber tagging style. Ukraine recaptured this region, Russia recaptured another village. Russia also did not dare to poke deep because its force was still weak, fighting but afraid about .. there is no route to retreat. It is said that Russia has just lost two more generals, died tragically. The Ukrainian special force attacked while they had a meeting at a field headquarter base with dozens of army officers,. The defenders at the base were supposed to fight back to protect their generals, but when they heard . . . the gun fire, everyone ran away. The entire commanding staffs were completely eliminated by Ukrainian soldiers. Now, the aggressive fighting spirit is only present among the red cows in the land of uncle Ho. It’s so funny that the letter Z painted on their vehicles is still shining brightly. None is expected from the Russian soldiers. Perhaps Russia has to go to Vietcong country to recruit volunteers as well, after all, it was its old comrade. In general, when demoralized, even with a large number of troops and strong firepower, it is unlikely to make any difference.

Yesterday, the US’s Secretary of State and Secretary of Defense arrived in Kiev. Of course, looking at the faces of these two people, I feel that they deserved the praise for daring to sneak into Kiev, then run out quickly within few hours. They didn’t dare to ask for a strolling on the street of Kiev with President Zelensky of Ukraine like our blonde big brother Pommy. The Secretary of Defense looks like Mike Tyson, it’s really good seeing him. However, since he held this post, American soldiers have not had to go to war anywhere, but it is funny that the damage and the loss of life of American soldiers are still piling up. Fortunately, this war is just a proxy. America just needs to hand out money and watch its juniors go to war.

Throughout the war and up to now, Western supplies and Heads of State who visited Kiev have taken trains from Poland. So, there is a safe route connecting the two countries, but why didn't Russia cut off or bomb out the route? I keep raising questions but don't know who to ask. Ukraine was able to fight thanks to military aid from everywhere around the world, stock piling in Poland and then gradually moved to Ukraine. Russian cruise missiles have fired a lot but with no results. Goods are still pouring in and people are still moving about.

So I went online to find out. I’m now realizing that the border between Ukraine and Poland is very long and full of plateaus and mountains. Only whenever the Russian infantry captured Kiev then it can control the access route from Ukraine to Poland. There is another access route leading to Kiev, that is from southern Ukraine through Romania to Europe. Failed to occupy Kiev. Now Russia is planning to occupy southern Ukraine to have a route leading to European countries. And this route is far away from Russian border and full of muddy fields, if the enemy has a strong air force, then Russia cannot advance.

I just remembered about the Vietnam war. The North at that time received military and economic aid at Hai Phong port from Russia and China. Goods were transported to the provinces adjacent to Laos, then brought to the south by routes, weaving through the mountains and forests to Cambodia, where the border with the South was wide open. Nothing could stop troops and ammunition from entering to the South. That routes were called the Ho Chi Minh trails. Right before the year 75, I read the memoir "The Road Doesn't Come" by Xuan Vu. He is a soldier of the vietcong army, writing about the arduous hardships when going through this route. At that time, the Information Ministry of the Republic of Vietnam permitted the publishing of this book with some editing, but when I read it, I could understand why the North won. Many factors to achieve the victory, including the route transporting supplies from north to South.

Of course, the Americans in the Vietnam war also understood that to keep South Vietnam from communism, they had to destroy this route. All the fierce fighting took place there, among them was the famous Khe Sanh battle. The American force failed to cut off or to completely destroy this trail, then it meant the imminent defeat of the war. As I said, looking at the map, the routes were within a span of width of the hand. In reality, it was immense covering many hills and deep ravines. It was difficult for troops to enter, but also difficult to withdraw. Only artillery and bombs were viable. Even millions of tons of bombs dropped there could not stop the vietcong troops from Truong Son East north of the 17th Parallel passing through Truong Son West Range to Laos then went down Southward, entering Cambodia as the final staging area, then crossed the border and infiltrated into South Vietnam.

So does Ukraine. The Russian holds the lifeline of both land and waterways of the entire Russian mainland. Russia must capture Ukraine in order to develop. If not, even if Ukraine is neutral, it does not satisfy Russia's long term interests. It's too easy to find a reason to start the war.

So, we understand why Vietnam had been at war with China continuously throughout her history. VN is the route for the Chinese to expand southward. Unable to get VN, they had to stay idled, impasse. We Vietnamese were born without being able to choose the country. If your parents are... Laos, don't be afraid of.... being drafted to the army because this country doesn't hold any strategic position in this era.

Another interesting thing I'm trying to work out. Why did the Heads of State of western countries come to Kiev by train, not flying? If you look online, you will know that the train routes from Ukraine to Poland are so many, not one or two, and many tunnels going through the mountains. It's like spider webs. Each train has dozens of carriages, every day hundreds of trains run across the border between the two countries. Finding a carriage with "big men" inside to knock down is not easy. Furthermore, the carriage that was designed for the senior officials must be as sturdy as a tank with thick steel shells. So in wartime, it is safer to ride the train, but it’s a lot riskier to go by plane.

The fate of Ukraine is also the fate of Russia. If one side is strong, the other side must be weak, like fate. A few decades ago, they were still in the same federation, so that's okay, now with separation, it brings up consequences. I think they should merge into a federation like before, but put the capital in... Kiev (Kiev was created first), Belarus is also invited in. The President needs to be elected properly and democratically. That way, everyone would benefit when the peaceful path to development is utilized by all countries in the federation. If you rely on your military powerful strength to abuse it for your own advantage, in the end, no one can use it for the common benefit. In recent days, Ukraine has been supported by many countries, especially the neighbouring countries in the West, and may counterattack against the Russian in the near future. Then the war will spill into the interior territory of Russia, not stop there because the law of war is like that, if you don't win, you have to lose. When Russia is really weak, it will be invaded. Nuclear weapons nowadays don't scare anyone because everyone has them, the whole world will be wiped out if the nuclear weapon is used by any side in the conflict. In addition, as soon as fuels are started to fill the rockets ready for firing, they are immediately detected and bombs are quickly rained in.

Mấy bữa nay tin chiến sự ở Ukraine bớt căng thẳng. Ukraine và Nga đánh qua đánh lại theo kiểu cù cưa . Ukraine chiếm lại vùng này thì Nga chiếm lại làng khác. Nga cũng không dám thọc sâu vì lực lượng còn yếu, đánh mà sợ... không có đường rút về. Nghe nói Nga mới chết thêm hai vị tướng mà chết một cách thê thảm. Đang họp hành ở một căn cứ với mấy chục sĩ quan thì đặc nhiệm Ukraine đánh vô. Quân trú phòng đáng lẽ phải chống trả để bảo vệ cho tướng tá của mình, thì nghe..." quân nó tới " là mạnh ai nấy chạy . Nguyên bộ tham mưu bị lính Ukraine tiêu diệt sạch. Bây giờ tinh thần chiến đấu hung hăng chỉ còn ở đám bò phe ta thôi, còn vẽ chữ Z trên xe chạy ngời ngời nữa. Chớ lính Nga thì không trông mong gì. Có lẽ Nga phải qua VN tuyển quân tình nguyện quá, dẫu sao cũng là đồng chí khi xưa. Nói chung khi mất tinh thần thì dù có số đông và hỏa lực mạnh cũng chưa chắc làm nên chuyện.

Hôm qua thì ông ngoại trưởng và bộ trưởng quốc phòng Mỹ đã đến Kiev . Dĩ nhiên nhìn mặt hai vị này thì thấy dám mò vô Kiev bí mật , xong rồi vọt lẹ lẹ là hay lắm rồi , không dám đòi hỏi dạo phố như đại ca tóc vàng. Ông bộ trưởng quốc phòng trông như Mike Tyson, coi dáng đã thiệt. Tuy vậy ổng nắm cái bộ này, lính Mỹ chưa phải tham chiến ở đâu mà thiệt hại thì cứ lai rai mới ngộ. Cũng may trận chiến này là ủy nhiệm. Mỹ chỉ cần ra tiền và nhìn đàn em xung trận.

Suốt cuộc chiến cho đến nay, các tiếp tế của phương Tây và các vị nguyên thủ đến thăm Kiev, đều dùng xe lửa xuất phát từ Ba Lan. Như vậy có một con đường nối hai xứ mà sao Nga không cắt đứt đường vậy ta? Tui cứ thắc mắc hoài mà không biết hỏi ai. Ukraine chiến đấu được là nhờ viện trợ quân sự khắp nơi, tụ về Ba Lan rồi chuyển dần qua Ukraine. Hỏa tiễn hành trình Nga có bắn rất nhiều mà không kết quả. Hàng hoá vẫn ùn ùn đổ về và người thì vẫn đi lại.

Thế là tui lên mạng tìm hiểu. Mới hay biên giới giữa Ukraine và Ba Lan rất rộng và toàn cao nguyên, núi non . Bộ binh Nga chỉ chiếm được Kiev mới có đường bộ đi đến Ba Lan. Còn một đường khác là từ miền nam Ukraine băng qua Rumania mới sang châu Âu được. Đánh Kiev không thành. Bây giờ Nga tính chiếm miền nam Ukraine để có con đường tiến qua châu Âu . Mà đường này thì xa xôi và toàn sình lầy, nếu đối phương có không quân tốt thì Nga không thể tiến quân.

Tui mới nhớ lại chiến tranh VN. Miền bắc lúc bấy giờ nhận viện trợ ở cảng Hải Phòng do Nga và Trung Quốc đưa sang. Hàng hoá chuyển về các tỉnh sát với Lào , sau đó đưa vào miền nam bằng đường bộ len lỏi trong vùng rừng núi sang Campuchea, đến đây thì biên giới với miền nam rộng mở. Người và hàng hoá xâm nhập không gì cản nổi. Con đường đó gọi là đường mòn HCM. Ngay từ trước năm 75, tui có đọc cuốn hồi ký " Đường Đi Không Đến " của Xuân Vũ. Ông là một cán binh cs , viết về những gian lao , vất vả khi đi qua con đường này. Thời đó bộ thông tin VNCH khi cho xuất bản chắc có sửa đổi đôi chút về chính trị nhưng khi đọc, mình có thể hiểu vì sao miền bắc có thắng lợi. Nhiều yếu tố để đạt thắng lợi, trong đó phải kể đến con đường.

Dĩ nhiên là người Mỹ trong cuộc chiến VN cũng hiểu muốn giữ nam VN khỏi cộng sản thì phải kiểm soát được con đường này. Tất cả các cuộc giao tranh khốc liệt đều diễn ra ở đây trong đó có trận Khe Sanh nổi tiếng. Người Mỹ đã thất bại trong việc cắt con đường này , đồng nghĩa thất bại trong cả cuộc chiến. Tui đã nói rồi, nhìn bản đồ thì con đường rộng có một gang tay. Đến thực địa thì nó mênh mông với bao đồi núi, khe sâu. Quân tiến vào cũng khó mà rút cũng khó. Chỉ còn cách pháo và dội bom. Cả triệu tấn bom trút xuống ở đây cũng không ngăn được đoàn quân bộ đội từ Trường Sơn đông đi qua Trường Sơn tây để vào Campuchea nghỉ ngơi rồi vượt biên , xâm nhập miền nam.

Ukraine cũng vậy. Họ giữ vị trí là con đường huyết mạch vừa đường bộ và đường thuỷ của cả lục địa Nga. Nga phải chiếm được Ukraine mới mong phát triển, chớ để Ukraine dù trung lập đi nữa cũng không thoả mãn lợi ích của nước Nga. Kiếm một lý do để uýnh thì quá dễ dàng.

Nên ta hiểu tại sao VN ta chiến tranh với tầu liên miên suốt chiều dài lịch sử. VN là con đường để họ tiến về phía nam. Không lấy được VN, họ đành giậm chân tại chỗ. Mình sinh ra không chọn tổ quốc được. Nếu cha mẹ là người... Lào thì đâu sợ .... đi lính vì nước này không giữ vị trí chiến lược nào vào thời đại này.

Một điều thú vị khác mà tui đang tìm hiểu. Tại sao các vị nguyên thủ đến Kiev đều dùng xe lửa. Xem trên mạng mới biết đường xe lửa từ Ukraine sang Ba Lan dầy đặc chớ không phải một hai đường tầu và nhiều tuyến đường đi hầm xuyên qua núi. Nó như là cái màng nhện. Mỗi đoàn tàu có cả mấy chục toa, mỗi ngày hàng trăm đoàn tàu qua lại giữa biên giới hai nước. Kiếm được cái toa có "ông bự" ở trỏng để ám sát không phải dễ. Hơn nữa, toa tàu mà thiết kế cho yếu nhân ắt hẳn phải vững chắc như một chiếc xe tăng với lớp thép dầy. Nên vào thời chiến, đi xe lửa là an toàn , đi máy bay mới sợ.

Số phận của Ukraine cũng là số phận của Nga. Bên này khoẻ thì bên kia phải yếu như một định mệnh. Cách đây mấy chục năm , họ còn là chung một liên bang nên không sao, bây giờ tách ra mới là hệ luỵ. Tui nghĩ họ nên hợp nhất lại thành liên bang như xưa, đặt thủ đô ở.... Kiev ( Kiev có trước mà ), Belarus cũng mời vô luôn . Tổng thống bầu bán đàng hoàng. Như vậy ai cũng được lợi ích khi sử dụng con đường để phát triển. Còn ỷ mạnh chiếm làm của riêng, rút cục không ai sử dụng nó được. Mấy bữa nay Ukraine được nhiều nước ủng hộ và có thể phản công nay mai. Sau đó chiến tranh sẽ tràn vào chính nội địa nước Nga chớ không dừng ở đó vì quy luật chiến tranh là vậy, anh không thắng thì anh phải mất. Khi Nga thực sự yếu rồi thì sẽ bị xâm lấn. Vũ khí nguyên tử giờ không dọa được ai vì bơm nhiên liệu vào hoả tiễn liên lục địa là đã bị phủ đầu rồi, không có cơ hội bấm nút.(dượng tui nói vậy, dĩ nhiên khi ổng có cái cặp da bên mình, ổng phải biết thế nào để tồn tại trước đối thủ).

It's been a month since I saw Uncle Putin last, oh how I'm so sorry for his state of being. Uncle Pu was staggering around just like uncle Bi even though he is ten years younger. Today he showed up to hear his defense minister reporting on the victory in Ukraine. He had to sit with his back against the back of his chair, his hands clasped close to the edge of the table. Hearing the news of victory was like hearing a judge's verdict.

The minister held a piece of paper, sat quietly, but did not dare to sit on the chair like his formidable uncle. Just look at him, it shows clearly that he was a graduate from any military school. For other countries, it's very majestic when you become a general, your head points up to the sky and your feet are firm on the ground, there's no stooping style like him.

Let’s chat a little bit about the bunkers in the steel mill in Mariupol. Saying it's the underground bunkers, but watching the news in the last week or so, it turns out to be an underground city. Of course, when the architects design a city, there must be all kinds of services in it from electricity and water, food and drink, and of course weapons and ammunition. Russia knows this is an important city, so does Ukraine, so they must have a plan. The city must have transportation. I don't think they're such stupid that they build an underground project to die in it, committing suicide. It must have ways in and out, the food is stockpiled to last for several years old. It seems that anyone who gets involved with "flies" has a bad ending, I heard that Vietnam also has a superrich red capitalist, he once got stuck with a fly, in a fly-in-the-drink mess, now waiting to be slaughtered...

Con ruồi

Cả tháng nay mới thấy lại bác Putin, ôi sao mà thương quá. Bác đi coi bộ xìu ngang ngửa .... bác Bi dù bác trẻ hơn mươi tuổi.Hôm nay bác xuất hiện để nghe bộ trưởng quốc phòng báo tin chiến thắng. Bác phải ngồi dựa sát thành ghế , hai tay bấu chặt cạnh bàn. Nghe tin chiến thắng mà giống như nghe quan toà tuyên án vậy đó.

Ông bộ trưởng cầm giấy, ngồi khép nép chớ không dám ngồi dựa ghế như bác, nhìn là biết không phải dân từ trường lớp quân sự. Chớ xứ người ta, lên tướng là oai phong lắm, đầu đội trời chân đạp đất, không có kiểu khúm núm đâu.

Ông lắp bắp đọc cái tờ giấy, đại khái tui nghe tiếng...Nga là như vầy : dạ dạ , tụi em đã đạt chỉ tiêu, chỉ trong vòng ....50 ngày là chiếm được cái thành phố " ớt hiểm " rồi ạ. Có điều còn mấy thằng ngoan cố, em ra tối hậu thư rồi trưa hậu thư đến sáng hậu thư mà tụi nó không chịu hàng. Giờ tụi nó rút vô cái nhà máy thép cố thủ rồi, tổng thống cho tụi em năm ba ngày nữa để tiêu diệt hết tụi nó ạ....

Putin lắc đầu : năm ba là ... "ba năm "chắc. Thôi, cái hầm tụi nó cố thủ , tao .... làm mà, định rủi có bom nguyên tử thì trú ở đó. Giờ tụi nó vô đó thì ... vô phương rồi. Thôi bao vây , cho tụi nó chết đói ở trỏng cho tao. Đm không để một con... ruồi bay vô bay ra nghe.

Ông bộ trưởng mếu máo: dạ, tụi em đâu có thuốc.... xịt ruồi...

Cái kiểu nói của bác y như là chiếm đất người ta như lấy đồ trong túi. Chớ bác không biết phía bác hao đạn , hao lính, san bằng một thành phố tươi đẹp của người ta. Nhìn bác phán mà lạnh lùng. Đúng kiểu " nhất tướng công thành vạn cốt khô ". Chắc bác không xài mạng internet nên chỉ nghe cái ông bộ trưởng lưng gù ( khúm núm riết nó vậy ) báo cáo báo mèo. Ông này chắc đâu dám nói tới bữa nay đã " đi đứt " hai chục ngàn lính tráng. Đó là quân dân Ukraine chỉ " đỡ " chớ chưa " đánh ". Khi mà hàng nóng, đồ chơi đầy đủ rồi thì vài bữa nữa là biết mùi. Cái dân tây nó không làm sảng, chỉ khi nào chuẩn bị đâu đó xong xuôi rồi mới uýnh một cái. Bác Bi kỳ này chịu chơi hết biết: mấy em từ từ, chờ " qua " đưa đủ hàng nóng mới được xuất quân nghe không, vội vàng là hư bột hư đường hết trọi.... Bác ký lia lịa, trong vòng có một ngày , mới xuỳ tám trăm, lại thêm năm trăm là tỷ ba đô. Chuyện nhỏ , vì kỳ này bác " dớt" hết mối hàng của Nga mờ. Lấy lại mấy hồi. Con anh phá sản tại anh ngu...., họ đâu có ngu.

Tám chuyện cái hầm một chút. Nói là hầm chớ xem tin tức hổm rày mới biết nó là một thành phố ngầm. Dĩ nhiên khi thiết kế một thành phố là phải có đủ thứ services trong đó từ điện nước, đồ ăn thức uống và cả vũ khí đạn dược. Nga biết đây là thành phố trọng yếu thì Ukraine cũng biết vậy, nên họ phải có phương án rồi. Thành phố thì phải có giao thông liên lạc. Tui nghĩ họ cũng không ngu si mà làm một công trình vô đó là chết. Nó phải có đường ra đường vô, đồ ăn phải cỡ vài năm mới hết. Nên coi bộ bác Putin phán không cho con ruồi bay ra bay vô là bác ở cung trăng rồi. Bởi vậy nghe bác phán là ông bộ trưởng xụ cái mặt một đống. Bác đâu biết bác vừa nhận tin gp ( tui hate cái từ này nên không bao giờ xài) là hai mươi phút sau có một em tăng trong lòng Mariupol " phỏng giái " liền. Như một câu trả lời cho bác.

Nói chung, độc tài là vậy. Họ trịch thượng, không coi ai ra gì. Nhìn cái nước dân chủ, lãnh đạo là cầu thị, lời ăn tiếng nói kỹ càng. Nghe câu không cho con ruồi bay ra bay vô là thấy ghét , nói "bố láo " theo kiểu mày biết bố mày là ai không.....

Hình như ai dính tới " ruồi " đều có kết cục không tốt đó, nghe nói VN cũng có một đại gia, xưa dính vô con ruồi, giờ đang chờ bị mần thịt...

Reading the title, everyone must be so disappointing and dejecting. Surrenders, yes, but surrenders in reverse - Russia surrenders, not Mariupol surrenders. Putin has just ordered to stop attacking the smelter complex and switch to siege. Only now did he realize that he had fallen for Ukraine's trap.

It's also not a good thing to reverse from the all-out attack to the siege, no longer tonight or next “morning” deadline’s last warning that he has been barking for the last couple of weeks. For two months long, now Putin was awaken, with a few thousand of Ukrainian troops, they have conned Russia to pour in there about forty thousand troops, may be more recently, all of them were experienced cracked soldiers. Cũng chẳng phải tốt lành gì khi chuyển qua bao vây, không còn tối hay "sáng " hậu thư nữa. Suốt hai tháng, Putin giờ mới giật mình, có mấy ngàn quân Ukraine mà khiến Nga phải đổ vào đây bốn chục ngàn quân mà toàn là quân thiện chiến. Bị cầm chân ở đây và không phát triển được . Rút cục hai trăm ngàn quân của Nga phải chia gần một nửa cho chiến trường ở đây. Giá quá đắt. Giờ tui mới hiểu Ukraine dùng " khổ nhục kế " . Họ làm như bị thua, than thở đủ điều. Khiến các tướng lãnh Nga nghĩ như sắp thắng đến nơi, còn bao nhiêu đạn đem bắn hết. Tưởng gì, họ ở dưới hầm. Lâu lâu trồi lên " khỉa " vài em Nga " ngố ", rồi lại chui xuống. Tức quá, muốn thả bom cho chết mẹ tụi chuột chũi, có bò VN còn hiến kế bơm nước biển vô.... Có làm kiểu gì đi nữa thì cái người thiết kế hầm cũng phải tính trước rồi mấy bò ạ! Cái hầm này , được biết nó như một thành phố ngầm, chứa được cả mươi ngàn người , có đầy đủ lương thực và nước, còn trồng rau được. Và trừ phi thả một quả bom nguyên tử ngay trên đầu nó, còn không thì đừng hòng. Đội quân ở đây đóng khổ nhục kế quá đạt, làm ai cũng mủi lòng. Nhưng chỉ gạt được mấy ông tướng Nga, chớ không lừa Putin được. Mới tối nay ổng ra lệnh cancel tấn công vào đây ( theo Reuter ). Làm gì tiếp theo thì chưa biết.

Nếu còn quân Ukraine ở dưới hầm thì trên mặt đất cũng không thể ngủ yên. Thảo nào đến giờ cũng chưa cắm cờ ba màu trên dinh thị xã được. Mấy bữa trước tui có xem một video clip chiếu cảnh họ phục kích đoàn xe chở quân Nga đang tiến vào thành phố. Họ còn đến gần quăng lựu đạn ( qua một bức tường). Tui cứ nghĩ là fake news. Giờ tui tin có thể là thật. Nghĩa là pháo binh Nga đã san bằng thành phố, nhưng khi tiến vào vẫn bị lính ở đâu xuất hiện phục kích. Dĩ nhiên phải rút ra rồi kêu pháo " dập " tiếp chớ biết làm sao. Lúc này quân Ukraine dư thời gian chui xuống địa đạo rồi về hầm trung tâm ngủ một giấc cho khoẻ.

Hai tháng qua, đoàn quân phía nam của Nga bị cầm chân ở đây ,giúp cho quân đội Ukraine có thời gian chuẩn bị chiến trường. Họ cần sự trợ giúp của đồng minh. Mà đồng minh của họ ( NATO) toàn những cái đầu... có sạn. Họ phải xem Ukraine uýnh hay dở như thế nào mới chịu viện trợ. Họ sợ cái cảnh Mỹ mất cả bao nhiêu vũ khí ở Afhanistan vào tay Taliban mới năm ngoái thôi. Bữa nay họ yên tâm rồi. Đồ chơi đang đổ vào tràn ngập. Ba mớ đồ cũ cũng là dịp tống nó đi để thay đồ mới chớ để biết chừng nào xài. Ukraine mà có pháo binh hạng nặng thì quân Nga không biết chui vào đâu vì đoàn quân xâm lăng thì không có... hầm.

Tui nghĩ nếu Putin còn sáng suốt thì rút quân lẹ lẹ, sau đó đánh quấy rối. Cái chân gà gặm hoài không bao giờ hết được, mà Putin thì đâu còn răng để nhai . Liều mà nuốt trọng chắc chắn bị... hóc.

Có điều, cái gì mà nuốt không được cũng tức chớ. Cũng may, có bác Shoigu, mới xém đột quỵ phải nằm viện , hiến kế : tổng thống à, mình làm bộ thử tên lửa đạn đạo hù tụi nó đi.... Được đó, bắn ... lên trời tụi nó mới sợ.... Dạ dạ, ngài ấn nút một cái lấy hên đi.... Xèo.... èo.....

Bên kia quả đất, chú Ủn chửi thề : đm..., cường quốc thứ hai thế giới mà lại đi bắt chước tui, coi sao được!

Today is exactly 50 days of intense fighting but Mariupol still has not fallen. Russia has put all its elite troops into this battle together with the support of its powerful Black Sea fleet. There seem to be several divisions of Chechen troops, then mercenaries, then separatists... assaulted from three sides on land, and on the fourth side from... the sea. A total of nearly fifty thousand troops. Thinking of it as a quarter of the troops in Putin's “special invasion operation” armed forces. Not to mention the Russian fleet blocked the sea and fired at it freely, the entire city is flatten repeatedly many times. But Russia has not yet claimed to have “liberated” the place. This has made me trying to find the reasons why all the time, by listening to the latest news from one source to another, and more interestingly from some reasonable explanations from our work mates. So I want to share them to you folks. (All were heard at the sidewalk coffee tables).

Tới bữa nay là đúng 50 ngày mà Mariupol vẫn chưa thất thủ. Nga dồn toàn quân tinh nhuệ vào trận này . Hình như có mấy sư đoàn quân Chechnya, rồi lính đánh thuê, rồi quân ly khai... ba phía uýnh vô, phía kia là.... biển . Tổng cộng gần năm chục ngàn quân. Xem như 1/4 số quân trong chiến dịch đặc biệt của Putin. Chưa kể hạm đội Nga đã phong tỏa đường biển và bắn vào thoải mái, làm bình địa cả một thành phố. Nhưng Nga vẫn chưa tuyên bố lấy được nơi đây. Điều này khiến tui tìm hiểu hoài, nghe tin hết chỗ này đến chỗ kia và nghe được một số giải thích nên chia sẻ lại với bà con.( toàn nghe ở bàn cà phê).

Bữa trước lâu rồi, tui có viết bài "con chốt ". Khi dân quân lập chốt tử thủ thì không thể chiếm được trừ phi tiêu diệt hết người ở đó. Mà rất khó nếu họ có hầm hố kiên cố. Nghe tám về thành phố này , thì biết họ có một nhà máy luyện kim lớn nhất thế giới. Nó như một thành phố với vô số đường sắt và hầm ngầm, các lò nấu kiên cố. Pháo bắn vô không ăn thua và bộ binh không dám tiến vào. Đội thuỷ quân lục chiến đã phá được vòng vây ở bến cảng và chạy vào đây chiến đấu tiếp tục. Thật rầu cho cha tướng phụ trách chiến trường này. Nếu họ còn núp được trong đây thì quân chiếm đóng bên ngoài không ngủ yên và cứ phải kéo dài cuộc chiến. Chỉ huy Nga gọi họ là " chuột ". Nhưng diệt chuột thế nào thì không có cách. Nếu mời JNN làm quân sư là có cách liền, để lát nói.

Từ bữa chìm soái hạm, các tàu còn lại bỏ chạy hết không dám ở gần bờ biển phía nam nữa, do đó lực lượng trên bờ của Nga mất đi sự yểm trợ quan trọng của pháo binh và tiếp tế. Coi chừng cơn ác mộng thiếu xăng dầu, lương thực lập lại như các nhánh quân tiến vào Kiev. Tiếp tế bằng đường bộ thì quân Ukraine có thể đánh chặn được. Họ chỉ thua Nga về hải quân thôi. Tin chưa kiểm chứng nhưng có lý : quân đội Ukraine được giúp cách phá sóng ngoài khơi bằng thiết bị gắn trên máy bay không người lái. Khi con tàu mất cái sóng này thì trở thành cục sắt mù loà , hoả tiễn bình thường cũng đánh được.

Cũng nghe tin này từ hồi đầu cuộc chiến ở Kiev. Máy bay Nga đi vào vùng trời đều không liên lạc với nhau được . Do đó ta không thấy cảnh từng đoàn máy bay như ruồi trút bom như thế chiến 2. Chớ nếu không quân Nga hoạt động được, thì trong 72 giờ có thể chiếm Kiev là điều có thật, không phải hoang tưởng. Các cánh quân cũng không phối hợp được nên các tướng lãnh phải trực tiếp ra trận, mới chết nhiều vậy.Mà khắc phục được cái này thì trình độ của Nga chưa biết. Dĩ nhiên quân đội Ukraine cũng không tài giỏi dữ vậy, tui nghi " anh hai " (US) nhà ta mới có kỹ thuật này.

Nghe chuyện ta cũng giật mình. Đúng là quân mạnh đến đâu mà bị mù loà thì đúng là làm bia cho địch bắn. Chắc chờ sau chiến tranh nhiều năm mình may ra biết được bí mật này hén. Bạn nào có kiến thức về vụ này tham gia tám chuyện cho vui nghen.

À, cái vụ làm quân sư , tui nghĩ thế này: cha tướng chỉ huy trận Mariupol kiêu hãnh quá, vô trận là chủ trương tiêu diệt hết đối phương nên bao vây chặt chẽ rồi dùng pháo dập tan nát coi mày chịu nổi không. Theo tui thì nên để một hướng cho dân và quân Ukraine rút lui. Bao vây rồi kêu gọi đầu hàng, tướng gì ngu thấy mẹ ! ( ngôn ngữ ở bàn cà phê nghe ).

The countries that own Russian weapons are now so dejecting and wish to die. From South America to Europe, they are begging and willing to include cash bonus to Ukraine to take them. What is the point leaving them in the stores, wasted. Chiếc tàu này nổi tiếng từ đầu trận với chiến công bắn tan tành cái đảo nhỏ sau khi bị lính giữ đảo rủa " đm , mày đi chết đi ...". Đúng là nó chết thật. TV đài Úc chiếu hồi đêm, cái tàu gì mà gồ ghề: nhìn vô như con nhím với đủ thứ súng lớn nhỏ. Nó gây bao tội ác với những thành phố ven biển. Tui đã nói ở bài trước. Kho đạn trên tàu bắn hoài không hết. Chỉ khi nó trúng đạn là ... hết thôi.

Con tàu này dài gần hai trăm mét, bắn tầm bậy chưa chắc nó chìm. Phải bắn vào chỗ " độc " là kho để đạn dược để nhờ sự cộng hưởng của nó. Ukraine khoe là hoả tiễn Neptune do họ chế tạo bắn trúng. Tui không tin lắm. Đánh chìm được con tàu này phải có một kỹ thuật siêu việt ,chớ cỡ nó , hoả tiễn bình thường không thể chạm tới vì chắc chắn nó có các thiết bị cảnh báo và bắn trả.

Coi chừng Boris tóc vàng có kế cho Ukraine rồi. Có thể hàng nóng đã được đưa đến. Quân sự là bí mật nên phe ta chỉ đoán mò thôi. Hạm đội biển Đen có mấy chục chiếc lận. Hải quân Ukraine không có cửa đối đầu nên cách đánh dùng hoả tiễn là hay nhất. Qua cuộc chiến này mới thấy hỏa tiễn của tây phương giờ là bá chủ. Trước đó kỹ thuật hỏa tiễn là của Liên Sô. Họ trang bị cho csbv làm mưa làm gió trên chiến trường nam bắc. Lần này ở Ukraine, các vũ khí được đưa ra thi thố và các đơn đặt hàng sẽ nườm nượp. Dĩ nhiên không phải ai cũng mua được.

Mấy quốc gia đang sở hữu vũ khí của Nga giờ rầu muốn chết. Từ Nam Mỹ đến Châu Âu đang năn nỉ cho Ukraine xài chớ để làm chi cho chật kho. Su này Su kia mà rớt như sung, trực thăng khủng cũng rớt, rồi tăng có áo giáp chống đạn cũng cháy. Chưa biết tàu ngầm ra sao thôi. Vũ khí mà bị phản như vậy sẽ ... ế, nước nào lỡ mua thì đem viện trợ cho Ukraine là vậy ( chớ không tốt lành gì). Mà thiệt tình, nếu vũ khí của Nga lại dùng để bắn quân Nga thì "quả báo " ....là có thật.

Qua sự việc tướng Nga chết nhiều rồi đến các kế hoạch hành quân hoặc các con tàu ngoài khơi, tất cả hình như có con mắt thần đâu đó nhìn rõ mọi thứ. Chớ đâu có cuộc chiến nào mà một tháng chết gần chục ông tướng. Kỹ thuật tình báo giờ quá tiến bộ khiến nhiều nước không ngờ. Putin đã nhỏ lệ trong buổi lễ truy điệu mấy tướng. Đau quá đi chứ. Tui nghĩ đây là nước mắt thật chớ không phải của con cá sấu. Hic!

Tin mới nhất là chỉ cứu được có một phần mười số thuỷ thủ thôi vì tàu chìm nhanh quá. Nghe nói Putin đập bàn cái " rầm "....

Đại ca

Phải gọi ổng là Đại Ca bên phe chánh , đối chọi với phe tà là khối cộng sản và độc tài. Ai vậy ta? Ngài Johnson chớ ai. Giờ nhìn quẩn nhìn quanh hỏng thấy ai xứng đáng hơn ngài. Mỹ , Pháp ,Đức ư?... Nhìn mấy giàn lãnh đạo thấy oải. Bác Bi thì lụm khụm nói trước quên sau. Tổng thống P thì được cái miệng dẻo thôi chớ không làm nên trò trống gì. Lãnh đạo Đức còn oải nữa, đâu rồi một nước Đức đã khiến cả thế giới khiếp sợ, giờ họ đang " tu " hay sao ấy. Cũng may , ông trời ổng tính rồi, có lửa thì phải có nước, có người đẹp thì phải có... đại gia. Có một Putin gian hùng thì cũng phải có một đại ca nghĩa khí mới được.

Putin giờ đang tính bày lại bàn cờ. Ván đầu ổng đi sai nước nên bị thua. Thường khi chơi cờ, thua ván đầu chưa hẳn là thua vì còn ván sau. Thua để thấy nước cờ của đối phương rồi tìm cách thắng ván nhì để đưa trận đấu vào.... chung kết. Cỡ tổng thống Ukraine , Putin uýnh kỹ chút chưa chắc đã thua. Tui nghĩ ổng có hứa hẹn điều gì rất quan trọng, có ảnh hưởng đến cuộc chiến tranh này.

Nước Anh dám nhảy vô cuộc chiến không ta? Dám chớ sao không. Đúng luật luôn vì họ có ký vào hiệp ước Budapet mà. Anh Mỹ và Nga phải bảo đảm an ninh cho Ukraine khi họ giải giới nguyên tử. Họ bị xâm lăng cũng tại mấy anh bự xúi dại, chớ còn để dành vài " quả", ai dám đụng tới . Tui nghĩ Anh dư sức đơn phương tham chiến bảo vệ Ukraine , không cần danh nghĩa NATO.

Tui luôn kính phục cái dân tộc Anh , hỏng phải vì tui đã là con dân của Nữ Hoàng , mà khoái họ vì cái đức tính trượng phu : bần tiện bất năng di, uy vũ bất năng khuất. Trong các cuộc chiến tranh họ ít thua, thường là thắng. Ảnh hưởng truyền thống quý tộc, xem cái chết nhẹ nhàng. Họ không dùng tiểu xảo mà vẫn thành công mọi mặt. Đợt dịch covid vừa rồi, chỉ có nước họ chấp nhận đau thương, chịu lây chịu chết để bỏ lockdown rất sớm, không hoảng loạn như bao quốc gia khác. Chơi với lục địa Châu Âu( EURO), thấy họ chơi bẩn, Anh Quốc rút liền không dây dưa .Tưởng kinh tế họ sụp, ấy vậy mà bây giờ nhiều người liều chết để chạy qua nước họ làm culi. Đi làm thợ bên Úc, gặp được gia đình nào gốc Ăng Lê là khác hẳn: nói tiếng...Anh hiểu liền. Thấy ok lần sau kêu làm tiếp, not ok thì im ru ( phớt tỉnh) vậy thôi, không bao giờ than thở hay lời qua tiếng lại. Làm bạn với những người như họ mình cảm thấy yên tâm.

Mấy cha cộng sản chuyên có cái màn ký hiệp định gì đó, ký thì ký, khi không cần thì xé cái rụp. Cái từ " uy tín " không có trong từ điển. Nước Anh thì còn giữ được truyền thống đàng hoàng, Mỹ thì giờ cũng lộn xộn không còn được như xưa. Bởi vậy như tui nói ở phần viết trên, chỉ còn Anh Quốc xứng đáng đại ca. Anh lỡ ký hiệp định bảo vệ Ukraine rồi, phải hành động thôi.

Nhìn cái tướng đi ển ển đưa cái bụng bự ra phía trước, tóc vàng không biết chải, hiên ngang trên phố Kiev, chẳng khẩu trang khẩu triếc gì hết. Bắt tay búa xua với người dân chung quanh, quả thật bác Bi hay Putin thật không đáng so sánh. Thật tình cái tánh con người ta, ai cũng muốn có một nhân vật để yêu mến cho ... đỡ vã, đỡ stress trong cái cuộc đời này. Đám "ngưu nhi " thần tượng Putin, đám thích quỳ gối thần tượng bác Bi, mấy người hoài niệm truyền thống tốt đẹp xưa thì cuồng ông dượng.... Tui mong trong mấy ngày tới phe ta có một khuôn mặt mới để nhắc nhở : Boris đại ca!
