 Story of Current Affairs (second part).

In the last few days I wrote a number of articles about Taiwan, but did not discuss in depth on the main point that there would be a war between the two sides, communist China and Taiwan. Now let's discuss more how mainland China will reclaim this island.

Most people think that communist mainland China will land its troops on the island like the allies did during the last stage of World War II. Personally, I think differently. Seeing what Uncle Xi did with Hong Kong is understandable. Everyone looks down on him, but he took Hong Kong in a flash, and I don't see any punishment or sanction from the West. Whatever you do, do it. (No one dare to do anything).To know that the law is only for the weak, not the strong (both food and money) can still stand above the law. The treaty of “One country Two systems” for Hong Kong for 50 years before he hand over is just a piece of paper, and can be torn apart at any time. Talk about politics, don't listen to news from this or that radio or TV, but must have a wise judgment. So many times we have been deceived, don’t we remember?

Taiwan had a “Mutual Defense Treaty” with the US. Japan has also declared if Taiwan is attacked it will join the fight to protect the Island nation. So Uncle Xi had to deploy another plan. Try to provoke Taiwan to attack the communist Chinese arm force first and shout "I love peace but she attacks me first". But Taiwan is not that stupid, always hold out and patient.

Back to the story from China, called ....the Chinese story. In the old days, I often rented those Chinese episode stories. There's always a phrase at the last page: "wait for the next episode"...But even if you've spent all the savings, Chinese stories were never ended. Read the fantasy history story “Spring- Autumn”, then the “Warring Tribes”, then the “Three Kingdoms Affairs”. All intrigue and imaginable tricks (36 tricks). Then military techniques. If you want to comment on anything on the earth, use the Chinese's past history. The most interesting is the war of the Qin country to invade the surrounding countries (Wei, Yen, Chu, Qi, Zhao, Han, dearly miss all these virtual stories). The Qin Dynasty always used the method of conciliation, peace deal and economic co-operation with the surrounding countries, only targeted one country to attack at a time. It's called breaking chopsticks one by one. That trick was used for the battle with the Trieu dynasty. The Qin Dynasty went to the neighbouring countries to reassure them that it only had to fight against the Trieu kingdom because its belligerent aggression, so don't be so worry ... The other countries were also afraid and wary of Qin, so they did not dare to join forces with Zhao, Trieu kingdom. In the end, Trieu kingdom was defeated and captured. After Trieu, another country was next, also the same “divide to conquer” trick. In the end, the Qin Dynasty took over the other six countries, one by one, and unified to one great China. I still remember a talented general of Trieu, Uy Muc or someone (read it about 50 years ago, I can't remember clearly). This man was good, guarding the border, Qin could not beat general Uy Muc. Later, they planted their spies serving the Trieu’s kingdom, manipulated the King of Trieu to recall Uy Muc then killed him. Lost their talented general, soldiers were depressed and disgruntled. The Qin Dynasty resumed the attack and won in just one battle. Because a good general can also be killed because he was often under suspicion of usurpation of the throne.

Now they don't attack Taiwan directly by force, they still just claim Taiwan as a part of their land. So the surrounding sea is still theirs. When issuing this law of the sea, they will disturb and disrupt the maritime route of Taiwan. It's like sea faring embargo. I believe they have the ability to do this because their naval bases are very close. Other countries have no reason to send troops to protect the Taiwan because communist China arm forces do not... go ashore.

Soon there will be the aviation law after the maritime law. Then the plane will not be able to reach Taiwan.

In parallel with the preparation of the embargo on Taiwan, the communist Chinese regime will dispatch their mediators to those concerned countries to reassure its peaceful intentions. Basically reassure that: “I made this law to apply to Taiwan only, not to your country”. They will make the people around the world nodding, nodding their heads: “Well, that is the Chinese’s matter (communist mainland China and Chinese Taiwan) matter will be handled by the Chinese, as long as it doesn't affect my security”. Uncle Xi's diplomats will go to other countries and make the same soothing assurances. The small and weak countries around China know that they will be next, after Taiwan is done. What else they can do to stem the red tide. Leave it to God’s will and praying.

I predict the form of war between communist China and Taiwan will be possibly like this. After the sea and air blockade, the Chinese spies (Chinese looks the same as locals and hundreds of thousands of them have been already live in all countries around the world ) will infiltrate to instigate anti-war activities, psychology of peace in the style of "Forests and mountains extend their arms to reconnect distant seas. Let’s walk with big arms to connect the nations ..." It sounds so sweet. When the election comes and there is a new president loves kneeling and touching like uncle joey Donkey in the land of Uncle Sam, it will be ‘beautiful one day and perfect the next” for the great China. By the time we wake up, it will be too late. What will Uncle Xi do to prevent the US and Japan from participating in the war (in Taiwan). I think that with the pandemic that is running wild attacking, wave after wave, in every corner of the world but not in China- hearing no bad news about Wuhan virus causing havoc in China since early last year in Wuhan), no country has the will and strength to dispatch their arm forces to help Taiwan. Probably just sympathetically yelling this and banning that.

The United States has lost and the chronic loser since the Vietnam War. Since then, it has lost again and again to this day. It has not won a single battle, small or large. I regret that if only they had a naval base in the South of Vietnam, they could have easily controlled the Chinese tiger. They gave up all, Vietnam, Philippines. South Korea is just an infantry base. Singapore and Japan are too far away. Money is running out. The war that lasts for a few months is okay, but if it drags on and on through a few terms of US presidents, the US will lose badly again by the look at the present system of US government that is dominated by the well establish powerful left and far left elements in conjunction with big US financial establishments so close to (bought by) the communist China for their own gain. So Uncle Xi will know the best tactic to wage the war- a prolonging war.

Bữa trước viết một loạt bài về Đài Loan nhưng chưa vô điểm chính là sẽ có chiến tranh giữa hai bên. Nay ta bàn thêm xem lục địa sẽ thu hồi hòn đảo này như thế nào.

Hầu hết ai cũng nghĩ rằng lục địa sẽ đem quân đổ bộ như kiểu những tháng cuối của thế chiến thứ hai. Riêng tui thì nghĩ khác. Nhìn những gì bác Tập làm với Hồng Kông là hiểu. Ai cũng coi thường bác, vậy mà bác lấy Hồng Kông cái một, chẳng xem trừng phạt ra gì hết. Ngon ai làm gì làm đi. (Không có ai làm gì hết. ).Để biết rằng luật lệ chỉ dành cho người yếu ớt thôi chớ kẻ mạnh (vì gạo vì tiền) vẫn có thể đứng trên luật pháp. Hiệp ước một quốc gia hai chế độ cho đến năm nào đó, đụng chuyện xé cái rẹt mấy hồi. Nên nói chuyện chính trị mình đừng nghe tin đài này đài nọ mà phải có trí phán đoán thiệt hơn.Bị lừa biết bao nhiêu rồi.

Đài Loan có một hiệp ước phòng thủ với Mỹ. Nhật cũng đánh tiếng là đụng đến xứ Đài là Nhật nhào vô. Vì thế bác Tập phải nghĩ kế khác. Ráng khiêu khích để Đài uýnh trước rồi la lên "nó uýnh tui trước à nha ". Nhưng Đài đâu có ngu, ráng nhịn.

Trở lại cái chuyện xưa của tầu chút, gọi là ....truyện tầu. Hồi đó tụi tui cũng thuê xem. Luôn có câu" xem hồi sau sẽ rõ "...Mà xem hết cả tiền vẫn chưa hết truyện. Xem truyện Xuân Thu, rồi Chiến Quốc, rồi Tam Quốc. Toàn là mưu kế (36 kế) Rồi tới binh pháp. Muốn bình luận chuyện gì cũng lấy điển tích bên tàu hết á. Hấp dẫn nhất là cuộc chiến tranh của nước Tần đánh chiếm các nước chung quanh (Nguỵ,Yên,Sở, Tề , Triệu, Hàn, nhớ muốn chết luôn). Nhà Tần luôn dùng chiêu thức hoà hoãn với các nước chung quanh, chỉ nhắm một nước mà đánh. Gọi là bẻ đũa từng chiếc một. Cái trận đánh với nước Triệu cũng vậy. Nhà Tần đi sứ các nước chung quanh, trấn an rằng tui chỉ oánh một mình thằng Triệu thôi, đừng có ... lôi thôi nghe. Mấy nước kia cũng sợ Tần nên không dám hợp lực với Triệu. Rút cục Triệu bị chiếm. Xong rồi đến nước khác, cũng chiêu ly gián. Rút cục nhà Tần chiếm hết 6 nước kia và thống nhất Trung Hoa. Tui còn nhớ một tướng tài của Triệu là Uy Mục gì đó (50 năm rồi nhớ không nổi). Ông này giỏi, trấn giữ biên thuỳ, Tần uýnh không lại. Sau này họ đưa gián điệp vô xúi bẩy sao đó mà vua Triệu kêu Uy Mục về giết đi. Mất tướng tài, quân sĩ chán nản. Nhà Tần đánh một trận là thắng. Bởi làm tướng mà giỏi cũng chết vì hay bị nghi ngờ chiếm ngôi.

Bây giờ họ không đánh Đài Loan, họ vẫn tuyên bố ĐL là một phần đất của họ xưa nay mà. Nên vùng biển bao quanh vẫn là của họ. Khi ra cái luật biển này, họ sẽ quấy nhiễu con đường hàng hải của ĐL. Nó giống như cấm vận đường thuỷ. Tui tin họ có khả năng làm điều đó vì các căn cứ hải quân của họ rất gần. Các nước khác không có lý do để đem quân bảo vệ ĐL vì họ không... lên bờ.

Ít bữa nữa sẽ có luật hàng không sau cái luật hàng hải. Rồi máy bay sẽ không đến được xứ Đài.

Song song với việc chuẩn bị cấm vận Đài, họ sẽ đem thuyết khách đi trấn an mấy nước chung quanh. Đại khái là tui làm luật này để áp dụng với Đài thôi, không đụng đến quốc gia của bạn đâu. Họ sẽ làm cho chung quanh tặc lưỡi: Ờ, chuyện của tàu thì để tàu giải quyết mí nhau, miễn đừng đụng đến tui là được. Các vị ngoại giao của bác Tập sẽ đi các nước và loan báo như vậy. Mấy nước chung quanh dư biết sau Đài sẽ là mình nhưng biết làm sao. Phó mặc cho trời thôi.

Tui tiên đoán hình thức chiến tranh của tàu với Đài sẽ như vậy. Sau khi phong toả biển và trên không, điệp viên sẽ trà trộn xúi dục phản chiến, tâm lý cầu hoà theo kiểu "Rừng núi dang tay nối lại biển xa

Ta đi vòng tay lớn mãi để nối sơn hà ..." Nghe thật mùi mẫn. Đến khi bầu cử mà được một tổng thống mới xìu xìu như bác..., thì dứt đẹp thôi. Đến lúc tỉnh thì đã muộn. Bác Tập sẽ làm sao để Mỹ, Nhật không tham chiến. Tui nghĩ đang dịch vật thế này, không ai có khả năng giúp nhân mạng cho Đài đâu. Chắc cũng chỉ la làng rồi cấm cái này cái nọ thôi.

Nước Mỹ thua từ hồi chiến tranh VN, từ đó thua hoài đến ngày nay, chưa thắng trận nào. Tui tiếc phải chi họ còn giữ một căn cứ hải quân ở miền nam thì may ra còn khống chế con hổ TQ được. Họ bỏ hết,VN, Philippine. Nam Hàn là căn cứ bộ binh. Singapore và Nhật thì xa quá. Tiền đâu chịu nổi. Chiến tranh một vài tháng thì ok chớ trường kỳ thì thua nữa. Nên bác Tập sẽ biết phải đánh kiểu nào.
