Vì là căn cứ không quân. Mọi thứ đều đơn giản. Nhưng bên ngoài thì máy bay đậu xếp lớp. Bác Putin nhìn chắc… ứa gan. Kỳ này Su của bác đánh đâu thua đó, rớt lia chia. May mà hỏa tiễn của bác vẫn dữ dằn, khiến ta cũng phải nể chút. Tuy vậy, đưa được một hỏa tiễn tới mục tiêu, tốn kém gấp bội hơn dùng máy bay đưa lượng thuốc nổ tương đương. Tính ra Mỹ vẫn bá chủ bầu trời. Công nghệ tàng hình giờ tiên tiến. Phòng không bó tay.
Mấy chả họp hơi lâu. Tui chờ vậy là hai tiếng đồng hồ rồi mà chưa thấy ai ra tuyên bố với báo chí chuyện gì hết. Chờ nhưng vui. Vì biết họp lâu là … nhiều chuyện. Nói qua điện thoại chưa đã. Giờ nói cho đã đi. Tui đoán có ngưng bắn. Rồi ra sao thì ra. Cũng đoán rằng ông Trump đưa cho bác xem cái kế hoạch. Nếu bác nói “nyet” thì hưởng cái này. Nói “da” thì… bàn tiếp vài ba tiếng.
Đứng đầu một siêu cường nhất nhì thế giới mà chịu đến một đồn lính để thương lượng. Chứng tỏ Putin muốn hoà bình lắm rồi. Người khôn ngoan như bác với dượng luôn tính toán sao cho có lợi cho mình trong mọi hoàn cảnh. Ngưng bắn ngay bây giờ không mất mặt. Vì bác nói chuyện với “Trùm” mà. Nên chợt tội nghiệp tổng thống Pháp. Chạy tới chạy lui mà không xong. Vì Pháp hay cả Châu Âu không “doạ” được Nga. Thôi thì tuyên bố cho dõng dạc chút. Đại khái là hai nước thỏa thuận cắt giảm nguyên tử gì đó cho xứng tầm. Ông thấy Venezuela. Dân phải lục thùng rác kiếm đồ ăn. Hay Cuba chống Mỹ, giờ phải nhờ VN làm từ thiện. Chỉ Mỹ mới có thể cắt nguồn ngân sách bác. Trump quá “ác đạn”.
Thôi! Không chờ được vì đến giờ phải đi làm. Mấy chả nói chuyện lâu quá. Nhưng chắc có kết quả tốt. Đợi chiều đi làm về xem tin tức ra sao. Bia còn mấy thùng chưa có “cớ” để khui. Nói là thấy cổ họng ngứa ngứa. Hai ông “ừ” một cái là lốp bốp nghe. Cả thế giới đón mừng chớ không riêng ai.
