Đọc được cái tên nước này cũng trẹo bản họng. Vừa rồi dượng đứng ra làm hoà hai nước . Azerbaijan và Armenia. Tui sẽ phân tích tại sao dượng lại thò tay tới tận xứ này. Hai cái quốc gia mà chẳng dính líu gì tới Mỹ.

Thời còn Liên Bang Sô Viết thì hai nước này là anh em. Tài nguyên có bao nhiêu phải cống nộp về trung ương Moscou hết trọi. Chừng Liên Sô tan rã, nước nào về với nước ấy thì lại uýnh nhau. Vì cái hồi Moscou làm chủ. Họ điều dân đi tùm lum. Nói cho dễ hiểu nghe. Thí dụ ba nước Việt Miên Lào mà thuộc một nước Đông Dương. Dân gốc Việt có thể ở đầy Nam Vang á. Khi mỗi nước được độc lập. Dân Việt ở Nam Vang đòi tự trị hoặc thành lập một quốc gia “Việt Vang” chẳng hạn (thí dụ thôi nghe). Là Việt Miên sẽ uýnh nhau chết bỏ và đôi khi là diệt chủng nữa. Thì cái cảnh mấy quốc gia thuộc Liên Sô cũng vậy thôi. Hồi đó tui còn sống ở VN. Năm tám mấy gì đó. Xem TV thấy toàn chiến tranh và diệt chủng vì hậu quả khi Liên Sô tan rã. Dân Armenia được đưa vào Azerbaijan nhiều lắm. Rồi có một nhóm dân đòi tự trị ngay chính giữa cái nước Azerbaijan này. Khiến họ bị tách làm hai mới chết. Kiểu tổ tiên ca sĩ Chế Linh đòi tự trị ngay Nha Trang vậy. Nam Bắc phải đi vòng qua Lào mới nối liền với nhau được. Azerbaijan phải đi vòng qua Iran mới liên lạc được với nhau. Nói riết mà nhức đầu. Thôi bà con biết sơ sơ vậy. Mà cũng chẳng hơi đâu tìm hiểu thêm chi cho mệt.

Chỉ cần biết Azerbaijan là xứ sống trên … biển dầu. Đào đâu cũng có dầu. Baku là thành phố dầu khí. Sinh viên Bắc VN du học về nghành này rất nhiều ở đó. Xưa thì có bao nhiêu dầu Moscou lụm hết. Bây giờ độc lập. Không nộp cho Nga thì cũng không biết bán ở đâu vì họ không có đường thông ra biển. Đành bán rẻ cho Trung Cộng hay cho Iran. Muốn bán cho Thổ Nhĩ Kỳ được giá hơn thì bị Armenia chặn họng. Tức quá, uýnh hoài cũng không xong. Ông Nga lại thiên vị Armenia nên không làm trung gian hòa giải được. Mà muốn hoà thì đôi bên phải có lợi chớ. Nhìn tới nhìn lui chỉ có Mỹ đứng ra thì yên tâm. Mà họ khỏi nhìn. Ông Trump nhìn trước. Cái mũi ổng đánh hơi mùi dầu hỏa Azerbaijan thơm như múi mít. Nên ông khẽ nói vào tai hai ông đó. Huề đi. Azerbaijan bán được dầu giá cao thì chia cho Armenia. Theo kiểu anh có cơm tui có cháo. Chớ uýnh nhau hoài ai cũng đói. Thế là có hành lang đưa dầu ngược về Địa Trung Hải thông qua một nước thuộc NATO là chú Thổ Nhĩ Kỳ. Mà cái con đường này lại chạy song song với phía Bắc Iran . Làm giáo chủ nhột hết sức. Hoà bình thì vận chuyển dầu. Chiến tranh thì chuyển quân. Mà đường đó đến Teheran rất gần. Việc Mỹ làm ăn sát nách mình. Giáo chủ rầu lắm!

Bà con ở Mỹ yên trí. Ông Trump bắt tay với các tài phiệt dầu hỏa. Mà thứ này bơm lên là có tiền liền. Thiếu bao nhiêu bơm bấy nhiêu rất lẹ. Tiền bán dầu đem gởi ở đâu cho an toàn. Còn ai trồng khoai đất này. Vào Mỹ chớ vào đâu. Giờ này mà cứ theo cánh tả với… “năng lượng xanh” là chết đói. Một trăm năm nữa vẫn phải xài dầu hoả. Thực tế chút đi.

À! Tui còn nhớ hồi ở Nhật. Mấy em xứ Armenia qua Nhật làm… “đào” nhiều . Mấy em nhỏ con, da trắng nõn. Chân tay thon thả. Đẹp lắm. Mấy em này qua, vô làm trong các bar hay vũ trường. Đánh bay mấy em Thái hay Phi hết trọi. Tui có… “hưởng sái” vài lần. Hao tốn cũng bộn. Sau này Nhật có tổ chức tours đi Trung Á nhiều lắm. Toàn đực rựa ghi danh thôi. Anh em nào còn sức đi thử xem. Có nơi họ còn… bắt rể vì nữ nhiều quá…
