I'm looking forward to the news in Miami. When Fox News reported that uncle had just entered the court, he was immediately handcuffed. In Vietcong’s terminology, it is called "Emergency detaining". This channel broadcasted the news the earliest. Crime of espionage. Exciting like an action movie.

But it was in fact the fake news.... Later, I saw Reuter reporting the news about the court appearance of my Uncle, claiming that he was not guilty of anything. The court was tumultuous, and then the court declared that: to be legally proper, there must be a lawyer in Miami present at the hearing. Then it was ordered to move to another day. The judges were very knowledgeable in this case. Every time the case is moved back and forth, the FBI will get frustrated and might also give up. Uncle is now a "fire ant's nest"....The prosecutor keeps bringing it up but no judge would want to take up the case. The "black" judge guy in New York is also watching out for his career, possibly would end in tatter. I believe in justice in America. After the Lower Court it also has the Upper Court. Seeing his poise, it proves he believes in himself. There is nothing to be afraid of. As if a person is guilty, he must be worry about it and would run head over heel to find ways to “avoid the trial".

The whole world, of course, are watching over this trial. It is not joking when FBI brings up the prosecution. The total sentence would be ... 400 years in prison. Spoiled for defence lawyers, no matter how much they want to reduce... 4 years or 4 months is fine. Enough for him to lose credibility. The President is a spy, oh Mama! So after the trial, he called Jack S... a "thug" is too right. I'm far away from US, but I can see FBI is playing dirty this time. Because with this "horrible" crime, the investigation will take at least several years. It was only last year that they searched his house, this year they brought him to court. The stupidest person in the world knows this is an act of repression, an act made to believe.

Also thanks to these three lousy court cases, I have learned so well the word "guilty". This is what the Democrats want. In this court case, I find it like the loud sound from an empty drum, but in reality it is difficult to convict him. Since he is the President of the nation, he has the right to read all documents. He just "thinks" about that documents, it's considered... declassified. He took the files home when he was still an active President, not a spy who broke into the White House to steal them. That's why these FBI guys with so much learning and knowledge but still damn stupid. And whoever believing in this indictment is all... stupid! I think suing him with a “womanizing” crime would make more sense ...

The picture that I saw on TV of several stations... the livestream was so fun. YouTube doesn't "block" news about him anymore. No wonder the views always skyrocket when his witty face with flowing blonde hair is shown. Seeing him on TV, I love him straight away". Leaving the court, he was thirsty, so he asked the driver to find a coffee shop to have a cup. The driver said there was this shop... the owner was very pretty. Ok. The restaurant he visited with the name ....Havana (I don't know the other word). The waitress rushed out to welcome him. Customers got up to shook hands and took pictures. He offered everyone a drink (he pays). This restaurant belongs to Cuban evacuees. These people hate communists. Visiting this shop was a way of campaigning but also a way to support the anti-communists. This explains why he is favoured by lots of Vietnamese over other presidents. For so many presidents before him, I don't even know what their faces look like. Everyone raised their glasses to sing... Happy birthday. I now just remembered he is already 77 years old. Out of the cafe, he drove to New Jersey to continue the rallies. Fox TV Channel used helicopters to film live television. Looks more exciting than Uncle Bi. I still remember the day when uncle Bi visited the American barracks while the soldiers were eating their meals. No one bothered to get up, they kept on eating as if he wasn’t there...

Age 77 is like two hoes. For the mason profession they are like the two... "crowbars". I always have 2 in my Ute. On the day if I bring two of them to the work site ... it means there will be so much work and it would make me fainted on that day. Sometimes one foot pushed the crowbar hard down the ground, two hands are needed to forcefully loose a big stone off the ground, because I am quite... old. Seeing my uncle with the age of "two hoes" but still struggling makes me feeling hurt for him. He's trying to keep the American flag flying. If He ... loses the fight, in the near future America will have the green, red, purple, yellow colour flag of the gay community, which the other day Uncle Bi let it hang solemnly in the White House, replacing the stars and stripes one...

Tui hóng tin ở Miami. Thấy đài Fox News loan tin ông dượng vừa vô toà là bị còng tay liền. Gọi là "bắt khẩn cấp" theo ngôn ngữ vc. Đài này loan tin sớm nhất. Tội gián điệp mà. Hấp dẫn như phim hành động.

Nhưng đúng là tin... "cạp cạp". Lát sau thấy Reuter loan tin dượng đến toà, tuyên bố ổng hỏng có tội gì hết á. Toà lục đục, rồi nói đúng luật phải có luật sư ở Miami mới xử được. Rồi dời ngày khác. Cái vụ này mấy quan toà rất rành. Cứ dời tới dời lui chơi thì FBI cũng chịu thua. Dượng bây giờ là "ổ kiến lửa"....Công tố thì cứ đưa lên mà hỏng thầm phán nào muốn đụng đến.Cha nội "đen" ở New York coi chừng cũng tiêu ma sự nghiệp. Tui tin công lý ở Mỹ. Toà dưới còn có toà trên. Xem thái độ đĩnh đạc của dượng, chứng tỏ ổng tin bản thân mình. Không có tội làm đ gì phải sợ hãi. Chớ nếu người có tội, phải lo "chạy án" chớ.

Dĩ nhiên là cả... thế giới theo dõi phiên tòa này. FBI mà "tố" thì không phải chuyện đùa. Tính ra mức án là ... 400 năm tù. Tha hồ cho các luật sư bào chữa, có rút cỡ nào cũng phải còn...4 năm hoặc 4 tháng cũng được. Đủ để ổng mất uy tín. Tổng thống mà đi làm gián điệp , má ơi! . Bởi vậy sau phiên tòa, ổng gọi cha Jack S là ... "côn đồ" cũng đúng. Tui ở xa mà cũng thấy FBI lần này chơi không được. Vì với cái tội "kinh khủng" này, cuộc điều tra phải vài năm chớ. Đâu mà mới năm ngoái xét nhà ổng, năm nay đưa ra tòa. Cái người ngu nhất thế giới cũng biết đây là hành động đàn áp.

Cũng nhờ ba cái vụ tòa tiếc này, tui học thêm được cái từ "guilty" (có tội). Ra toà đầu tiên là ông quan hỏi người ta thưa đó, nhận không? Hỏng nhận thì tòa sẽ làm việc. Mà toà làm việc là phải có thời gian. Nếu nghi phạm nguy hiểm thì mới bị tạm giam. Đây là cái ...mà đám DC mong ước. Vụ án này , tui nhận thấy kêu thì to mà thực tế rất khó kết tội. Ổng là tông tông thì ổng có quyền đọc mọi tài liệu. Ổng chỉ "nghĩ" về tài liệu đó thì xem như nó đã... giải mật. Ông ôm hồ sơ về nhà lúc ông còn quyền tổng thống, không phải là ... điệp viên đột nhập vào Bạch Cung để chôm chỉa. Thế nên cha FBI này ăn học quá xá mà ngu. Và ai tin cái cáo trạng này cũng... ngu hết á! Tui thấy thưa ổng cái tội..."dê" coi bộ có lý hơn ...

Hình ảnh mà tui xem trên tv của mấy đài ... livestream vui quá. YouTube dạo này không "chặn" những tin tức về ngài nữa. Ngu gì chặn khi cái views luôn tăng vọt lúc có khuôn mặt hóm hỉnh với mái tóc vàng bềnh bồng của ngài. Nhìn ổng là thấy "phái" rồi. Ra khỏi toà , dượng khát nước nên kêu tài xế kiếm quán cà phê nào đó làm một ly coi. Bác tài nói có cái quán này ... bà chủ xinh lắm. Ok. Dượng ghé quán gì có cái tên ....Havana ( chữ kia tui hỏng biết). Bà chủ lăng xăng ra đón. Khách hàng đứng dậy bắt tay chụp hình. Ổng mời mọi người một ly ( ổng trả tiền). Quán này của người di tản Cuba. Mấy người này ghét cs khỏi nói rồi. Ghé quán này là một cách vận động tranh cử nhưng cũng là một cách ủng hộ những người chống cộng. Điều này lý giải vì sao ông có được một số người Việt ưu ái hơn các đời tổng thống khác . Chớ xưa nay bao đời tổng thống, mặt mũi ra sao tui còn không biết. Mọi người nâng ly hát bài ... Happy birthday. Mới sực nhớ ổng đã 77 tuổi. Ra khỏi quán cà phê, ông dùng xe đi New Jersey tiếp tục các buổi rallies. Đài Fox đem máy bay trực thăng quay phim trực tiếp truyền hình. Coi bộ còn xôm hơn bác Bi. Tui còn nhớ hôm nào bác đi thăm trại lính Mỹ. Họ đang ăn . Hỏng ai chịu đứng dậy gì hết, lo ăn không hà...

Tuổi 77 giống như hai cái... cuốc. Nghề thợ hồ là hai cái... "xà beng". Xe đi làm của tui luôn mang theo 2 cái. Bữa nào xách vô chỗ làm ... một cặp là biết hôm đó làm mệt xỉu. Đôi lúc chân đạp một cái, hai tay gồng một cái mới bẩy được cục đá bự vì mình khá... già rồi. Thấy dượng đến tuổi ..."hai cuốc" mà còn vất vả thấy thương. Ổng đang cố gắng giữ cái màu cờ Mỹ. Ổng mà ... thua, mai mốt Mỹ có thêm màu cờ xanh đỏ tím vàng khác mà mới hôm kia bác Bi cho treo trang trọng ngay tòa Bạch Cung...
