It's been a while since Uncle Putin appeared again. This time his face brightened because of some news of victory. Looks like his army has gained a few more territories by adopting the new strategy. Say it's new, don't fight it like in the 19th century. That is, let the artillery pounding the Ukrainian army and then enter. If meet a place where the resistance is too strong, drop a few phosphorus bombs and it’s done. This type of attack is true that the Ukrainian army could not stand it and had to give up its position.

Uncle appeared, confidently declared: "Hey! Ugh, I only used some spare ammo, listen, surrendering if you know your fate..."

However, the House of Representatives and the Senate of uncle Pu have enacted the wartime legislation. The whole of Russia has declared war. Factories increase working hours to serve national defence. It's like going to a casino to bet a few coins for fun, gradually emptying your pockets and mortgaging the house. Uncle’s invasion adventure now drags the entire of Russian population into the mass killing. In a few days, he will have to mobilize the whole nation to have a few million more troops in order to be able to hold the occupied areas. In the past, his army surrounded the opposition and fired artillery, but now their opponents in turn surround them and fire artillery at them in the same way. But Ukraine is so vast, how many millions of the occupied troops will be enough to cover.

Even so, his ally may only have the communist Vietnamese government, and he is estranged everywhere he goes. Uncle Xi has stopped playing with him. It's like they already knew he needs a loan, so when he makes a phone call, he only hear the phone ringing, no answer. Visiting a few junior “tattering” countries, the answer is just blunt: you take care of yourself, we can’t even taking care of ourselves, so how can we afford to assist you, financially? As for the fat bloke from Belarus, he pretended to promise of sending his troops to help his comrade uncle, but it was all promises. So sad!

The president of Ukraine also just declared war yesterday. So far only Russia attacked, Ukraine only "defenced" and did not hit back. They have waited until their supply is full, the soldiers are proficient in using new toys, then they can counterattack. Behind them are the US and Western Europe, all want to see how their junior would fight with their newly acquired weaponry. The wealth of these men is immense. To have the opportunity without spending a single life of their arm force to weaken a powerful empire ranked second in the world lurking at their borders, what else could be compared to this excellent opportunity. Just think, because Russia is powerful, they had to contribute 2% of their GDP every year to feed NATO, just work out how much money they had spent on it. Aiding to Ukraine with a few hundred billion dollars so they can fight off the Russian’s invasion is also a cheap investment. And by the way, they have the opportunity to advertise advanced weapons for free, then get some cash later. After this battle, Russia seems to lose a lot of the arms market. Sukhoi-Su jets worth a few hundred millions dollars apiece keep falling out of the sky like rotten apples, who would dare to buy them anymore.

Ukraine's strategy, in my opinion, is to hold the Russian army in the Donbass and attack Kherson, to open the way out to the sea. The war will be a long draw. Ukraine cannot be independent without a secured seaport. There is no other means that can be transported its produces better than by sea, so they must control their territory waters and sea at any cost in order to have a chance to win this war. It will be bloody. They have no other choice. For Donbass, they lost it anyway since 2014.

The price of the Ukrainian people has to pay is high as they want to be part of Europe. But it is better to sacrifice this generation so that future generations can integrate with the "rich" people. We call it "sacrificing father's life to strengthen son's life". (But for Vietcong, it is stealing from others, save them for their children). As for the people of Ukraine, they want their children and grandchildren to live in a free and democratic institution. And this never comes easily, it has to be exchanged with blood and tears and lots of sacrifices. Of course, anyone who hasn't tasted freedom will say they're... crazy or stupid.... or kind of. Only when those who have enjoyed it can they see that there is nothing more precious than independence, freedom, and happiness. Our country of Vietnam we are so unlucky to have the "minus sign" in front of each term....(Socialist Republic of Vietnam-Independence-Freedom-Happiness)

With the counter attack of the Ukraine army in this time, I just make a wild guess. Because Russia's firepower is still very strong, Ukraine will not dare to occupy and hold the central areas or large cities, but they will have to disperse on a large scale, mainly surrounding and cutting off supply lines so that Russia has to withdraw its troops. It is also possible that they shelled Russian-occupied cities. That could be why they are calling for civilians currently stay in urban and city areas to evacuate. Fighting like this will prolong the war. Go back and forth for a few years. I shudder just thinking about the war in Vietnam in the sixties that our people had encountered....

Lâu quá mới thấy bác Putin xuất hiện trở lại. Lần này nét mặt bác tươi tỉnh vì có vài tin chiến thắng. Xem như quân của bác chiếm được thêm vài vùng đất khi áp dụng chiến thuật mới. Nói là mới chớ cũng đánh như kiểu thế kỷ 19. Nghĩa là cho pháo binh dập quân Ukraine tơi tả rồi tiến vào. Gặp nơi nào chống cự mạnh quá thì chơi vài trái bom lân tinh là xong. Đánh kiểu này đúng là quân Ukraine chịu không nổi, phải bỏ vị trí.

Bác xuất hiện, tự tin tuyên bố :" Ê ! U cà, tao mới xài số lẻ thôi nghen, biết điều thì đầu hàng đi..."

Tuy vậy , bên thượng hạ viện gì đó của viện đm đã ban hành luật thời chiến. Cả nước Nga vào cuộc cho chiến tranh. Các nhà máy gia tăng giờ làm việc để phục vụ quốc phòng. Nó giống như vô sòng bài tính đặt vài đồng lẻ mua vui, dần dần móc sạch túi rồi cầm luôn cái nhà. Cuộc phiêu lưu của bác bây giờ kéo cả dân Nga vô mới ác đạn. Ít bữa nữa cũng phải tổng động viên để có vài triệu quân mới đủ sức giữ các vùng chiếm đóng chớ. Hồi trước mình vây người ta rồi nã pháo vô, bi giờ người ta vây lại mình và cũng nã pháo vô y như vậy. Mà cái đất nước của người ta rộng mênh mông, bao nhiêu triệu quân mới lấp cho hết.

Đã vậy, đồng minh của bác may ra chỉ còn chính quyền VN ta, chớ bác đi đâu cũng bị ghẻ lạnh. Bác Tập nghỉ chơi rồi. Y như họ biết mình cần vay tiền nên điện thoại toàn thấy chuông reng. Đi thăm mấy quốc gia đàn em " tan tan " gì đó đều bị trả lời thẳng thừng: chuyện ông thì ông lo đi, tụi tui lo thân chưa xong, làm sao giúp ông được. Còn ông mập Belarus, làm bộ đánh tiếng hăm đưa quân giúp bác, nhưng toàn là hứa hẹn. Rầu ghê!

Ông tổng thống Ukraine mới tuyên chiến hôm qua. Hổm rày Nga uýnh, Ukraine chỉ " đỡ " thôi chớ chưa dám uýnh lại. Chờ hàng họ đầy đủ, quân sĩ thuần thục xài đồ chơi mới, họ mới có thể phản công. Phía sau họ là Mỹ và cả Tây Âu, anh nào cũng muốn xem thằng em đánh đấm ra sao với vũ khí mới của mình. Tiền của mấy ông này là bao la. Được dịp không tốn một nhân mạng nào mà làm suy yếu một đế quốc hùng mạnh hạng 2 thế giới, cơ hội nào hơn nữa. Cứ thử nghĩ vì nước Nga hùng mạnh mà mấy ông ấy năm nào cũng phải bỏ ra 2% GDP nuôi NATO, tính ra là bao nhiêu tiền của. Viện trợ cho Ukraine vài trăm tỷ đô cũng còn rẻ chán. Sẵn dịp quảng cáo vũ khí luôn, sau này lấy vốn mấy hồi. Sau trận chiến này, coi bộ Nga mất thị trường vũ khí hơi nhiều. Su gì mấy trăm triệu đô một chiếc mà cứ rớt lia chia, ai dám mua nữa.

Chiến lược của Ukraine theo tui thấy là cầm chân Nga ở Donbass và đánh vào Kherson để mở đường thông ra biển. Cuộc chiến sẽ lâu dài. Ukraine không thể giữ được độc lập nếu không có cảng biển. Không có gì chuyên chở mạnh bằng đường biển vì thế giá nào họ cũng phải kiểm soát được vùng biển của họ , mới có cơ may thắng trong cuộc chiến này. Sẽ đẫm máu. Nhưng họ không có lựa chọn nào khác. Còn Donbass, dẫu sao họ cũng mất nó từ năm 2014 rồi.

Cái giá của dân tộc Ukraine thật đắt khi muốn mình là một phần của châu Âu. Nhưng thà hy sinh thế hệ này để con cháu đời sau hội nhập với dân " nhà giàu" vẫn hơn. Phe ta gọi là " hy sinh đời bố củng cố đời con " đó. (Nhưng là ăn cướp để mà dành của cho con). Còn người dân Ukraine, họ muốn cho con cháu mình sống trong một thể chế tự do dân chủ. Mà cái này không bao giờ tự nhiên mà có, nó phải đánh đổi bằng máu và nước mắt. Dĩ nhiên là ai chưa nếm cái hương vị tự do thì nói họ... khùng hay ngu .... gì đó. Chỉ khi ai đã được hưởng thì mới thấy không có gì quý hơn độc lập ,tự do , hạnh phúc. Nước ta xui xẻo lại bị ..."dấu trừ " ở trước....

Trận phản công lần này , tui tạm đoán mò đôi chút. Vì hỏa lực của Nga vẫn rất mạnh nên Ukraine sẽ không dám chiếm và giữ các khu trung tâm hay các thành phố lớn mà họ sẽ phải tản quân trên diện rộng, chủ yếu bao vây và cắt đường tiếp tế để Nga phải rút binh. Cũng có thể họ nã pháo vào các thành phố mà Nga chiếm đóng, vì thế họ đã kêu gọi thường dân di tản. Đánh kiểu này thì cuộc chiến sẽ kéo dài. Quay đi quay lại mấy năm luôn đó. Cứ nghĩ chiến tranh ở VN mà rùng mình....
