Dear Sir,
We are the members of the Organizing Committee of Save Vietnam from China Campaign, acting on behalf of the politically unaffiliated, yet deeply concerned Vietnamese worldwide regarding the current quiet yet comprehensive invasion of Vietnam. We thus have drafted a declaration, accompanied by a list of supporters, expressing our concern and soliciting help in preventing Vietnam from becoming another Tibet.
