It's raining heavily in Melbourne today, all works are temporarily put on hold. To say it in the tone of the Southern region of Vietnam: “no worry, be happy”. I find this sentence interesting and philosophical. When I was young, my old man asked me to do something, but when I said this phrase, he immediately chased after me with a broom. Near the end of my life, I found it quite true. There is another phrase: “regardless you do so well, when take a bath you still... stay bare naked”. Hmm, why is it so true you always take the shower bare naked? It must be said that Southerner’s proverbs have no deep meaning, like their character. But it sums up one’s life's experience, so it's always right.

The Australian way of life is similar too. Vietnamese or Chinese people are very concerned about the future wellbeing of their families, so they work hard to take care of their children. Buy a few houses to be ready for their children, so that when they start their married life, they instantly have their own assets. Westerners take care of their children until they are 18, then the children will take care of themselves. Then they start enjoying life: traveling, sports, doing charity. When you are young, you contribute for your retirement, when you are old, you go to a nursing home without bothering your children. Everything just work out right.

Southerner Viets inherited freedom under the two republican presidencies before being deprived by the vietcong dictatorship regime after 1975. Although free and republic democratic system in South Vietnam young and not perfect because of the war in the country that was staged by communist North Vietnam regime, South Vietnamese people had tasted the taste of freedom, equality, sympathy... That fragrance was unforgettable until the unbearable smell of “shrimp paste” regime brought in by the vietcong, they couldn't stand it. Those who had the conditions, or found the conditions to escape the country, even though they didn't know if the destination was better living under the communist regime, but certainly the new destinations had the smell of freedom. Those who could not go or still had a heavy heart for their country, had to stay and live with the smell of “shrimp paste/stink cheese”. Those who are born after 1975 facing with only the shrimp paste society, think that the smell of shrimp paste is already great.

So there is a paradox that the aggressor brings the ideal of liberation to the enslaved, but wherever he goes, people just run away. Have you ever wondered why after 1975 no one ran over to the North of the 17th Parallel or asked for took refuge in China? Or like the current Ukraine war, the Ukrainians only run one way to the West? Because they have briefly smelled the sweet scent of FREEDOM from Western neighbouring countries. The countries that used to be poorer and under developed, now are advanced, developed, strong, independence and above all they have democracy and personal freedom. No one in these countries will be the presidents for the rest of their life, no matter how good they are.

I've been writing about the Ukraine war for two weeks now, I've also read the history of the two countries, and found out why Russia hates Ukraine. Before that, when Ukraine denuclearized, Russia signed a non-aggression treaty. Now, Russia still invades and wage the deadliest war against Ukraine. Reading comments from supporters of Russia, the majority think that Ukraine is stupid and doesn't know how to be neutral. Ask to join NATO, bring missiles close to Russia border. Russia’s punishment to Ukraine is the right action. A German congresswoman also made a similar statement.

Studying the map, it was found that Ukraine blocked Russia's access path to the Black sea. Even the stupidest person knows that even if Ukraine is neutral, Russia still has to take over Ukraine. It is imperative if Russia wants its future to be expandable. Sooner or later they will invade, the problem is when. This year the opportunity is favourable because... it is everything, to say in details is very long. Probably that most of us already knew at least one factor – the kneeling factor.

When the strong fight the weak, there are thousands of reasons. That's politics. Genocide, fascism, historical hatred.... There are excuses for whatever reason you want. In general, unless Ukraine voluntarily annexed to avoid bloodshed.

It's not that the Ukrainians don't want to be neutral, but they know that being neutral will eventually fall into Russia's arms. Russia will divide, then incite separatism. Then like a silkworm eating a mulberry, Ukraine eventually returned to a part of Russia, as Putin has said: It's the history.

But if Russia is a civilized, democratic country, then merging is also a good thing. But Ukraine had the deadly history lesson with Russia long ago. They would rather die than live with Russia. They head to the West, where there is a fragrance of freedom. This smell is so special and addictive that anyone who had smelled “freedom”, now can't stand the smell of “stink shrimp paste” of communism anymore.

Reading comments from people named ...red cows (vietcong’s keyboard propaganda army) is as bad as smelling shrimp paste. Those so called red cow propaganda battalion never smell the freedom fragrance. From baby to an adult, they only inhale one kind of smell – “stink shrimp paste” smell. So when that mouth speaks up, it is full of strong and unbearable odours, we should sympathize with them.

Hôm nay Melbourne trời mưa lớn, mọi công việc tạm gác lại. Nói theo kiểu người miền nam: chiện đâu còn có đó. Tui thấy câu này hay và thật triết lý. Hồi trẻ , ông già sai làm việc gì mà mình nói câu này là ổng xách chổi chà rượt chạy không kịp. Gần cuối đời , lẫm rẫm thấy nó khá đúng. Còn câu nữa : làm cho lắm, tắm cũng... ở truồng. Ơ hơ, sao mà nó trần trụi mà thực tế. Phải nói những câu tục ngữ miền nam không hàm ý sâu xa , giống như tính cách con người của họ . Nhưng nó đúc kết kinh nghiệm đời nên lúc nào cũng đúng.

Xem cách sống của người Úc cũng vậy. Người Việt hay Tầu rất lo xa nên làm lụng vất vả để lo cho con cái. Mua vài cái nhà để sẵn cho con, để khi ra riêng các con có tài sản liền. Dân Tây thì lo cho con đến 18 tuổi, sau đó bọn chúng tự lo. Họ lúc này enjoy với cuộc đời: đi du lịch, thể thao, làm từ thiện. Lúc trẻ đóng tiền hưu, về già đi vào viện dưỡng lão không phiền con cái. Vậy rồi cũng xong.

Người miền nam thừa hưởng hai chế độ cộng hoà trước khi bị tước đoạt sau 75. Dù chưa hoàn hảo vì hiện tình đất nước, nhưng họ đã nếm được cái mùi vị tự do, bình đẳng, bác ái... Cái hương thơm đó không thể nào quên được cho đến khi cái mùi mắm tôm tràn vô thì họ không chịu nổi. Ai có điều kiện , hoặc tìm điều kiện để bỏ xứ ra đi , dù chưa biết nơi đến có khá hơn không , nhưng chắc chắn có cái mùi tự do. Những người không thể đi hoặc vẫn nặng lòng với tổ quốc đành ngậm ngùi ở lại sống chung với cái mùi mắm đó. Còn những kẻ sinh ra chỉ ngửi được có một mùi thì nghĩ rằng cái mùi mắm tôm này đã là tuyệt vời rồi.

Nên có một nghịch lý là kẻ đi xâm lăng mang lý tưởng giải phóng cho người đang bị nô lệ mà cứ đi đến đâu là người ta bỏ chạy đến đó. Bà con có bao giờ tự hỏi tại sao sau 75 không ai chạy ngược ra bắc hay xin vô TQ lánh nạn? Hoặc như chiến tranh Ukraine. Họ chỉ chạy một chiều sang hướng tây? Vì họ đã phảng phất ngửi được cái mùi TỰ DO thơm phức từ các nước lân bang . Các nước ngày xưa không bằng một góc của họ, giờ đã tiến bộ, đã phát triển, đã giầu lên và trên hết họ có dân chủ. Bên họ không có ai làm tổng thống đến mãn đời dù có giỏi đến đâu chăng nữa.

Cả hai tuần nay viết về chiến tranh Ukraine, tui cũng đọc lịch sử hai nước, tìm hiểu tại sao Nga lại uýnh Ukraine. Trước đó khi Ukraine giải giáp nguyên tử, Nga đã ký hiệp ước không xâm phạm. Giờ Nga vẫn uýnh. Xem các comments phe bênh Nga thì đa số cho rằng Ukraine ngu, không biết trung lập. Đòi gia nhập NATO, đem hỏa tiễn sát sườn Nga. Nga uýnh là phải rồi. Một bà nghị sĩ Đức cũng có phát ngôn tương tự.

Nghiên cứu cái bản đồ thì thấy Ukraine chặn đường phát triển của Nga ra biển. Người ngu nhất cũng biết dù có trung lập đi nữa, Nga cũng phải chiếm đoạt Ukraine. Đó là sự bắt buộc nếu Nga muốn tương lai có thể bành trướng. Trước sau gì họ cũng đánh chiếm, vấn đề là khi nào mà thôi. Năm nay thời cơ thuận lợi vì... đủ thứ mà nói ra thì dài lắm.

Kẻ mạnh khi đánh kẻ yếu thì có muôn ngàn lý do. Chính trị là vậy. Diệt chủng nè, phát xít nè, hận thù lịch sử nè.... Muốn lý do nào cũng có lý do đó. Nói chung , trừ phi Ukraine tự nguyện sát nhập để tránh đổ máu .

Không phải người Ukraine không muốn trung lập mà họ biết trung lập rồi cũng sẽ vào trong vòng tay Nga. Nga sẽ chia rẽ, rồi xúi giục ly khai. Rồi như con tằm ăn dâu, cuối cùng Ukraine lại trở về một phần của Nga như Putin nói : đó là lịch sử.

Nhưng nếu Nga là một quốc gia văn minh, dân chủ thì sát nhập vào cũng là điều tốt. Nhưng Ukraine đã có bài học lịch sử với Nga lâu rồi. Họ thà chết chớ không muốn sống chung với Nga nữa. Họ hướng về phía tây, nơi có mùi hương thơm của sự tự do. Cái mùi này nó độc ở chỗ ai lỡ ngửi rồi là không chịu nổi cái mùi mắm tôm nữa.

Nên đọc những comments của đám người mà người ta gọi là ...bò đó. Họ có ngửi được cái mùi thơm bao giờ đâu. Từ bé đến lớn chỉ một mùi thum thủm. Thì cái miệng nói ra sặc mùi nồng nặc, bà con cũng nên thông cảm.

So the war has been going on for a week. Today, when I was reading the newspaper, I saw Uncle Putin on television. It’s so pity to see his stressful face. Not as smart as the day he read the declaration of war. In terms of media, he is far behind the president of Ukraine. President Zelenskyy was on air every morning even though the National TV tower was damaged by Russian cruise missiles. People saw an unshaven president with sleep-deprived eyes. Looking at him, we see and feel the real connection.

Uncle Pu summed up on the Russian’s side: To this day, about 500 Russian soldiers died and 1600 were injured (of course, their subordinates did not dare to report correctly). Uncle announced the "combat death award" for each soldier who died in the fighting was $62,000 (Russian Ruble), injury is $36,000. The Ruble currency is tumbling down uncontrollably. It looks like the parents of Russian soldiers or wives and children won't get much or nothing at all. At the end of the broadcasting, as usual, he howls out a few empty threatening words. Uncle Pu has not changed, he is still the same.

The battlefield situation at the moment seems that it might be better for him. After the bankruptcy of the "hit fast....lose fast" strategy, he changed the general in charge of the campaign and changed the strategy to the "Sure hit....for Sure lose". The Russian has attacked for so many days but just managed to occupy a small remoted port city in the South. I wrote in the previous post, if fighting a war like this, the war will drag on for a long time. If already occupy a location, you have to protect it while facing the hostile confrontation of the locals, then boosting your reinforcements to move on to attack elsewhere. In military language it is called the "springboard". That is for sure. But the number of fighters must be large in order to carry out both defense and attack. A few hundred thousand of soldiers in a hostile country as large as Ukraine is like pouring salt into the vast sea. If the Ukrainian people supported Pu, it would be easy, but they didn't and are resisting strongly, so it takes a lot of troops and a lot of time.

Just like I have already predicted, the Russian army is now planning to attack boldly, they might resort to using mass destruction weapons such as thermobaric bombs. Watching the devastations in the recent war was terrifying. The buildings were shredded into in-recognizable rumbles, of course the dead bodies were not in tack, dismembered to shattered corpses. Fighting and winning the war with the barbaric way like this I can do too. Flatten the city to the ground and then march the army in, win the battle is for sure.

I have been watching and noticed that Ukrainian regular troops had not yet shown up. Do not know where they have been hiding. During the last week, there were still only defence militia in the uniforms of the armed locals, similar to those local militias of the Republic of South Vietnam in the past. Even with these resistances alone, the Russian army still could not advance and suffered heavy lost in military hardwares. So when the regular army units of Ukraine do appear, there are only deaths and heavy lost on the Russian side. Because when the regular armed forces go to battle, they will launch a large number of professional, well equipped and battle-harden soldiers with plenty of artillery supports. The principle of operation is to know where the battlefield is and how many enemy troops are in there, and what weapons are available. So do the attackers. Sometimes they let a few small groups of troops to hit-and-run to lure the regulars to show up then try to destroy them. War is like playing chess. Whoever has a well prepared plan will win. Vietnam is very good at this kind of war. Just let the enemy advance, avoiding the storm at first. Using guerrillas to harass and weaken the enemy. Finally, the main army units enter the battle. Fighting like that is in the Vietnam’s history of thousands of years, Vietnamese people had many great victories against the invading force from the North. I predict that after waiting for the yielding of Public’s Approval (the whole world are supporting its cause), getting the right location to attack (the Russian troops have already entered the area the Ukraine wanted and are already physically tired after a week long on the move). There is only the last element left: the Right Timing. Like Zhuge Liang (Khong Minh), waiting for the east wind in the battle of Red Cliffs (Battle of Chibi –Xich Bich). Ukrainians are waiting for Spring to come. Snow melts. Soil will be soggy. The rivers will be flooded. The banks of the rivers that were once narrow have now become as vast as the ocean. The invading Russian armies must stop and take a defensive stance. This is the time for the great army force of Ukraine to come out to cut and destroy them one by one. I suspect Ukraine hides her troops in safe places in the west with thick forests and high mountains, and close to the countries that are supplying weapons and ammunition to them. And if it is true that the Ukrainian armed forces only have very few defenders, then the Ukrainians was already been defeated a few days ago. You folks should believe in JNN’s prediction, a country next to a big and very evil country, its people must always have a plan to protect their country. Small and short people like the President of Ukraine always scare me and make me noticed! They possess full stamina and resolve.

Vậy là chiến tranh đã diễn ra được một tuần. Bữa nay xem báo thì thấy bác Putin lên truyền hình. Nhìn mặt bác thấy thương quá. Không còn đanh thép như hôm đọc bài tuyên chiến. Về truyền thông thì bác thua xa ông tổng thống Ukraine. Ông đều lên sóng mỗi sáng dù tháp truyền hình đã gẫy. Người dân nhìn thấy một tổng thống râu ria chưa cạo và đôi mắt thiếu ngủ. Nhìn vô ta thấy có sự chia sẻ.

Bác tổng kết tính tới bữa nay có khoảng 500 lính Nga chết và 1600 bị thương ( dĩ nhiên thuộc cấp đâu dám báo cáo đúng). Bác ra giá mỗi em chết được " tiền tuất " là 62,000 đô ( Úc). Bị thương là 36,000 đô. Có điều tiền rúp đang xuống giá. Coi bộ cha mẹ hay vợ con người lính không lãnh được bao nhiêu. Cuối cuộc họp bác cũng hăm doạ vài câu. Bác xưa nay vẫn vậy.

Tình hình chiến trường có khả quan hơn với bác. Sau khi phá sản chiến thuật "đánh nhanh ....thua nhanh" , bác thay tướng và đổi chiến thuật "đánh chắc.... thua chắc ". Oánh đã đời mới chiếm được một thành phố nhỏ. Tui có viết trong bài trước, đánh kiểu này thì chiến tranh sẽ kéo dài. Chiếm thì phải lo giữ, sau đó tăng viện quân đi đánh chỗ khác. Ngôn ngữ quân sự gọi là " bàn đạp ". Đánh vậy rất chắc ăn. Nhưng quân số phải đông. Vài trăm ngàn như muối bỏ biển. Nếu nhân dân Ukraine ủng hộ bác thì dễ rồi nhưng họ đã không và còn chống lại nên cần nhiều quân và thời gian lắm.

Cũng như tui tiên đoán, quân đội Nga giờ chơi bạo , thả luôn bom nhiệt áp. Xem cảnh tàn phá thật rùng mình. Toà nhà bị băm vụn thành nhiều mảnh nhỏ, dĩ nhiên người chết cũng không toàn thây. Đánh kiểu này thì tui cũng đánh được. Bắn cho thành bình địa rồi tiến vô lấy gì mà không thắng.

Tui theo dõi thì thấy quân chính quy của Ukraine vẫn chưa xuất hiện. Không biết họ giấu ở đâu. Suốt tuần vẫn chỉ các đội quân phòng vệ theo kiểu địa phương quân , nghĩa quân thời VNCH . Mới chỉ các cánh quân phòng vệ này mà quân Nga đã tiến quân không nổi. Khi chính quy xuất hiện thì chỉ có chết. Vì quân chính quy khi lâm trận họ tung ra số đông với phi pháo yểm trợ. Nguyên tắc hành quân là phải biết chiến trường ở đâu và quân địch là bao nhiêu, có những khí tài gì. Bên tấn công cũng vậy. Đôi khi họ cho vài cánh quân nhỏ đánh dứ để dụ chính quy xuất hiện và tìm cách tiêu diệt. Chiến tranh y như đánh cờ. Ai có mưu trí mới nắm phần thắng. VN ta rất giỏi về loại chiến tranh này. Cứ để giặc tiến quân, tránh cái vũ bão lúc đầu. Dùng du kích quấy phá, tiêu hao. Cuối cùng đại quân mới lâm trận. Đánh vậy nên lịch sử mấy ngàn năm đều có những trận thắng lớn. Tui tiên đoán sau khi chờ NHÂN HOÀ ( cả thế giới ủng hộ ), ĐỊA LỢI ( các cánh quân Nga đã tiến sâu vào vùng họ muốn và đã mệt mỏi). Còn THIÊN THỜI nữa thôi. Như Khổng Minh chờ gió đông trong trận Xích Bích. Người Ukraine chờ mùa xuân đến. Tuyết tan. Đất sình lầy. Các con sông ngập nước. Đôi bờ sông xưa nhỏ hẹp giờ trở thành mênh mông như đại dương. Các cánh quân xâm lăng phải dừng lại và đi vào thế thủ. Lúc này là thời cơ để đại quân tiến ra chia cắt và tiêu diệt từng em một. Tui nghi Ukraine giấu quân nơi miền tây có rừng núi an toàn và gần với các nước đang vận chuyển khí giới, đạn dược cho họ. Còn nếu quả thật quân đội Ukraine chỉ có vài cánh quân phòng vệ đó thì việc thua cuộc là không tránh khỏi. Nhưng bà con cứ tin JNN, một quốc gia bên cạnh nước lớn nham hiểm, ắt hẳn người ta phải có kế để giữ nước. Mấy người nhỏ con như ông tổng thống Ukraine là tui sợ lắm!

I was naive, thinking that when both sides went to the meeting, the two sides would cease fire to negotiate, so I temporarily stopped writing about the war in Ukraine, because I was not happy when I wrote about this topic. But today feel that the war will become more fierce because Russia had used thermobaric weapons before. This weapon destroys every souls regardless of soldiers and civilians. Russia used this bomb to flatten the Chechnya capital more than twenty years ago. When these bombs are ignited all oxygen are sucked and consumed, causing even those hiding in the deep tunnels to suffocate and die. This way people can't fight by hiding in the city and fighting using guerrilla tactics. Using this weapon does not require atomic bombs.

The Russian invading army has ordered people to leave the city before they used this mass murdering weapon. After levelling the city, then tanks and land assault soldiers enter. I am anxiously waiting to see if Ukraine has a way to deal with it.

I believe yes. Because every leader wants to survive, Ukraine military think-tanks must think before the world for many years since the Russian’s invasion in Crimea.

Relating to the recent historical story in Vietnam, this story I heard from an acquaintance of mine who was a North vietcong army officer. Sounds reasonable even though it can't be verified. In the North, they predicted that one day they would be bombed by B52s, so they considered a plan to counter this scenario from the beginning of the war. In the past, carpet-dropping bombs were only used in battles far from populated areas, but when the battle intensifies, when one side is ... crazy, it can be used without humanitarian principles. At that time, the anti-aircraft missile "Sam", aided by the Soviet Union, did not reach the altitude of the B52. Yet they "modified" somehow that the Sam rockets were able to reach that height, and this was an absolute secret not even the Soviet advisor knew. By the time the Americans used this ultimate weapon in the sky of Hanoi, B52s were shot down. How many, I don't know because I didn't believe this propaganda news. But at that time, I read in the newspaper that a B52 made an emergency landing at Da Nang airport.

So I believe the Ukrainians have calculated that when Putin is mad, the Russian can use this mass murdering weapon, Ukraine defence force must have a plan in place to deal with it.

After a few days off from writing I summed up the war between Russia and Ukraine by my opinion. Every country must have allies, but if you believe too much in your allies without having an independent plan, you will lose your fighting spirit and surrender easily. Never trust Americans is always the motto for every leader. For sure it’s correct to every single word, in this war in Ukraine, Biden immediately fled by his knees and with his pants down-his trade mark act in Afghanistan, not a single word of encouragement, instead he instantaneously offered (silly for a head of a powerful country) the Ukraine President, Mr Zelenskyy, the one way ticket to the US. Joey Biden has always said "no": not involved, not send troops, not want to confront Russia for fear of World War 3. ... Although US gave money, but the weak speech of the head of State of the supposed most powerful power in the world makes Putin not hesitate to use the genocidal weapons. Although the great power was afraid of death and did not dare to interfere, but she should hide the fear and had to have a few words of warning, sometimes it can save many lives. A weak leadership can cause war. This is proven for what is happening in Ukraine. Why had Putin mobilized hundreds of thousands of his troops, his military mites and openly invaded Ukraine in front of Biden’s nose? That's what everyone is thinking about.

President of Ukraine, Mr Zelenskyy, is of Jewish origin and I believe the Jewish nation has helped them in some way, even without showing it. Israel has experienced with wars for decades, especially against the sides backed by Russia and was always in a weak and underdog position against strong and powerful enemies. Surely they have advisers fin the Ukrainian arm force. The world is now multipolar, not just the US or the EU or communist countries, and no one is better than anyone, I believe, so I don't worship anyone.

My prediction for the coming days: After failing in the first wave of the all-out attack in the style of "attack quickly, win fast", Putin changed generals and fought in the style of "attack slowly and surely". This is the siege and destroy with powerful punches from waves after waves of bombardments and then move in to mop up the battered battlefield. Fighting like this, the war can last... a whole year. Whoever has more stamina will win, but it's also possible...nobody wins and both would die. At this time, a third party is urgently needed to dissuade the warring sides. I agree with the tactic of the French president who has been trying everything to tone down the war. He kept calling Putin, but not sure if he made any in road. But there is a need for some third party individual who is willing to mediate at this time, not to pour more fuel on the fire.

I also guess that, after the Ukrainian has proven their legitimate right of an independent country, their sovereignty and win the supports of the world (they are by the hour), they will start to counter-attack. During the last few days of the war against the invading Russian force, their 250,000 strong regular troops remained hidden somewhere. They only show up when they control the sky, stockpiling enough ammunitions and intelligent information. And the counter-attack can only be won, not lost, playing cards is called "all in". I believe with the wisdom of the Jewish people, they know when to launch the decisive battle.

Another factor is "time". In March, the spring has arrived. I keep remembering the Polish song:

Tui thật ngây thơ, tưởng rằng khi có hội đàm là hai bên sẽ ngừng bắn để thương thuyết nên tạm chấm dứt các bài viết về chiến tranh vì thấy không vui khi viết về đề tài này. Nhưng hôm nay cảm thấy war sẽ trở nên ác liệt hơn nữa vì Nga đã dùng đến vũ khí nhiệt áp. Vũ khí này tiêu diệt không phân biệt lính với dân . Nga đã dùng loại bom này san phẳng thủ đô của Chechnya hơn hai mươi năm trước. Bom nổ đốt cháy oxy khiến ngay cả những người núp dưới hầm sâu cũng bị ngộp mà chết. Làm cách này người dân không thể chiến đấu theo cách ẩn nấp trong thành phố và đánh du kích . Dùng vũ khí này thì không cần bom nguyên tử.

Quân Nga đã kêu gọi người dân rời thành phố trước khi họ dùng vũ khí này. Sau khi san bằng thành phố, lúc này xe tăng và lính mới tiến vô. Tui đang hồi hộp chờ xem Ukraine có cách gì đối phó không.

Tui tin là có. Vì mọi lãnh đạo muốn tồn tại, phải có suy nghĩ trước thiên hạ nhiều năm.

Một câu chuyện lịch sử mới đây ở VN thôi, chuyện này tui nghe người quen của mình là một sĩ quan bộ đội kể . Nghe có lý dù không thể kiểm chứng. Miền bắc họ đoán sẽ có ngày bị B52 thả bom nên đã tính đến phương án chế ngự ngay từ đầu cuộc chiến. Xưa nay bom thả theo kiểu rải thảm chỉ dùng trong các trận đánh xa khu vực dân cư nhưng khi trận chiến tăng cường độ , khi một bên bị ... khùng, thì nó có thể dùng không theo nguyên tắc nhân đạo nữa. Lúc ấy hoả tiễn phòng không "Sam ",do Liên Sô viện trợ , bắn không tới độ cao của B52. Vậy mà họ " độ " kiểu nào đó mà nó có thể đạt độ cao đó, và đây là bí mật tuyệt đối ngay cả cố vấn Liên Sô cũng không biết. Đến khi người Mỹ dùng vũ khí tối thượng này ở bầu trời Hà Nội, B52 đã rơi. Bao nhiêu chiếc thì tui không biết vì không tin lắm vào những tin tức này. Nhưng lúc ấy đọc báo được biết có một B52 đáp khẩn cấp xuống phi trường Đà Nẵng.

Nên tui tin người Ukraine đã tính khi Putin điên lên thì có thể xài vũ khí này, ắt hẳn họ phải có phương án đối phó.

Thời gian mấy ngày nghỉ viết là lúc tui đúc kết cuộc chiến Nga và Ukraine theo suy nghĩ của mình. Quốc gia nào cũng phải có đồng minh nhưng nếu tin tưởng quá vào đồng minh mà không có phương án độc lập để khi đồng minh tháo chạy là mất tinh thần chiến đấu khiến đầu hàng dễ dàng. Đừng bao giờ tin tưởng người Mỹ luôn là câu châm ngôn cho mọi lãnh đạo. Trong trận chiến này họ bỏ chạy trước đã đành, lại không có một một lời nào động viên khích lệ .Biden luôn miệng nói " no " : không dính vào, không đưa quân, không muốn đối đầu với Nga vì sợ thế chiến 3... Mặc dù họ có chi tiền, nhưng cái cách phát ngôn yếu ớt của một đại cường quốc khiến Putin không ngần ngại sử dụng vũ khí diệt chủng. Cường quốc sợ chết không dám xía vô nhưng cũng phải có vài lời răn đe , nhiều khi vậy mà cứu được nhiều sinh mạng. Một giàn lãnh đạo yếu kém có thể làm chiến tranh xảy ra. Tại sao Putin động binh vào lúc này? Đó là điều ta suy nghĩ.

Ông tổng thống Ukraine là người gốc Do Thái và tui tin quốc gia Do Thái có trợ giúp họ bằng cách nào đó dù không ra mặt. Do Thái có kinh nghiệm chiến tranh mấy chục năm nay và luôn ở thế yếu chống lại thế mạnh. Chắc chắn họ có cố vấn cho Ukraine . Thế giới bây giờ đa cực chớ không chỉ có Mỹ hay Liên Âu hay các nước cộng sản, và sự giỏi giang thì chưa chắc ai hơn ai, tui tin vậy nên không sùng bái ai hết.

Dự đoán cho những ngày tới: Sau khi thất bại trong đợt đầu trận chiến theo kiểu " đánh nhanh thắng nhanh", Putin thay tướng và đánh theo kiểu " đánh chắc ". Kiểu này là bao vây, bắn cho tan tành rồi mới tiến vô. Đánh kiểu này thì trận chiến có thể kéo dài.... cả năm. Ai có sức chịu đựng hơn sẽ thắng, mà cũng có thể ...chẳng ai thắng mà cả hai cùng chết. Lúc này rất cần một bên thứ ba nhào vô khuyên can. Tui kính phục ông tổng thống Pháp đang tìm mọi cách làm hạ nhiệt chiến tranh. Hổm rày ổng gọi cho Putin miết, không biết có cơm cháo gì không. Nhưng rất cần những người chịu đứng ra can gián lúc này chớ đừng đổ dầu vào lửa.

Tui cũng đoán sau khi Ukraine chính danh và được thế giới ủng hộ họ sẽ chuyển sang phản công. Suốt mấy ngày chiến sự, quân chính quy của họ vẫn ém đâu đó chưa ra mặt. Họ chỉ ra mặt khi làm chủ được bầu trời, có đầy đủ khí tài và thông tin tình báo. Và trận phản công chỉ có thắng chớ không được thua, đánh bài gọi là " in all ". Tui tin với trí tuệ người gốc Do Thái, họ biết lúc nào là tung ra trận đánh quyết định.

Còn một yếu tố nữa là " thiên thời ". Qua tháng 3, mùa xuân đã đến. Tui cứ nhớ một bài hát Ba Lan :

Em ơi Ba Lan mùa tuyết tan

Hàng bạch dương sương trắng nắng tàn

Anh đi nghe tiếng người xưa vọng

Một giọng thơ ngâm, một giọng đàn...

Chắc ở Ukraine cũng tương tự vì hai nước sát nhau. Mùa thu nhà nông trồng khoai vùi dưới đất, gieo những hạt hướng dương để nó ngủ đông. Khi mùa xuân đến, lớp băng giá tan đi là lúc cây đâm chồi nảy lộc. Lúc này mặt đất, mặt hồ, mặt suối đầy sũng những giọt nước tan chảy giúp cho cây cối lớn như thổi. Cánh đồng đầy một mầu xanh của lá, mầu vàng của hoa.

Nhưng lúc này cũng là kinh hoàng của những đoàn quân cần di chuyển. Chiến tranh VN luôn khốc liệt vào mùa khô nhưng chiến tranh miền này thường diễn ra vào mùa đông. Mặt hồ , sông suối đóng băng nên kỵ binh tiến như gió lốc. Nếu tuyết tan, đất thành sình lầy, cơ giới sẽ tiến không được. Đáng lẽ Putin phải đánh từ đầu mùa đông nhưng kẹt ông bạn vàng năn nỉ " hẩu lớ! Nị ráng chờ ngộ làm xong cái Olympic đã.." Cũng phải chờ chớ biết sao? Nên khi khơi mào cuộc chiến thì sắp hết mùa đông rồi, đoàn quân sẽ bị sa lầy, tiến hay rút gì cũng không được, lúc này sẽ là mồi ngon cho Mig , (mà đang được giấu kỹ ở đâu đó Ba Lan hay Hungary chớ ngu gì để ở nước nhà cho Nga tấn công). Tiên đoán được thời tiết nên Ukraine mặc kệ cho chiến xa Nga tràn vô. Chiến xa chỉ mạnh trên nền đất cứng và có thể chiến đấu theo hàng ngang. Còn chiến xa mà đi theo ... hàng dọc thì ...."thôi rồi lượm ơi...."

Russia has lost the Ukraine war. It is easy to enter, but very difficult to withdraw. Putin must come to the negotiating table in a place where the winner –President Zelensky- chooses, that is, right at the border in Ukraine, where the war is taking place, not anywhere.

Well, you have to give KGB Putin a little face-saving. Usually, when it comes to peace talks, everyone declares themselves victorious. Who cares! Bluffing with the battered swollen and distorted mouth does not harm or kill anyone. Exploding with a machine gun is scarier. Putin is bluffing sillily with the threat to use nuclear weapons like North Korea-style. Poor him! Who let you push the button, Pu? The Russian people now won't be a flock of blind folded sheep anymore and won't let you do whatever you want.

Uncle Bi is now on weekend retreat like when the US fled Kabul with their pants stripped down, back in August 2021. I've never seen a president of a big country like uncle Joey of The US of America. It seems that "give" Ukraine a few hundred million is to complete his “geat” mission. Dumb words from an incompetent head of a State. This time uncle sleepy Joey lost badly like KGB Putin. Firstly, he ran and covered his hide, declared not to involve in this war. He thought he has scared Putin by unfriending Putin in his Twitter. Joey Biden even shamefully lured Ukraine President to run off like he did to the South Vietnamese people in South Vietnam in 1975. Obviously, President Zelensky did not listen to his howling. It matched so well to the manner of an infamous kneeling president. Just look at the current US cabinet under Joey, everyone can see that they are a bunch of inept losers, already losers well before a bout starts. If I say it out loud, I could be condemned by those so called liberalists as a racist, it is very depressing to see the face of the US Defence Secretary, very discouraged indeed! Praying for America to cling on to peace with dishonour and not let them facing a war under the kneeling party. It's so pitiful for the free world to lose such used to be the trust worthy leader of the Free world-President of USA!

Russia's military has a tradition... The Red Army of the old Soviet Union was able to enter Berlin because Nazi Germany had to fight on both fronts and that red army was contributed with blood and souls by many vassal countries, including Ukraine that played the pivoting role. And in the past, Russia won the wars against foreign countries thanks to the harsh cold climate with snow and ice. The Russian army was not that great, remember the Japanese third world naval force destroyed the whole powerful naval fleet of Russia from Europe in early 1900 in the battle in The Sea of Japan. The battle for Ukraine this time revealed many weaknesses of the Russian army. Their air force is too weak. To invade another country without mastering the sky is to lose. They only rely on precision rockets fire from a far distance deep inside Russia territory. To destroy the targets effectively, it must always coordinate with elite troops entering in advance, because only they can see the entrenched fortifications and direct the bombardment of fighter jets. If two groups cannot be combined, they will lose. In general, many generals now are only good at grilling troops with random shooting.

In fact, the war creates tactics. This time, Ukraine aimed at the supplying convoy, causing the tanks to run out of gas, sitting idle and waiting for the anti-armour vehicle shoulder rockets to fire at. Seeing Ukrainian soldiers shooting tanks was like practicing target shootings. So sorry for the Russian army!

This battle also dragged Russia down for a few decades. That is the price Russian people have to pay for not daring to stand up for democracy. Social stability is the disguise of every dictators (Vietnam at the present time is the obvious example), they use this smoke screen of peace and stability to suppress the opposition and many people follow them for own financial benefits. Dictator regimes feed that doctrine and brain wash the people for few generations and eventually the "gene" of struggle will disappear from the people. Anyone who dares to speak up to protest, even in a peaceful manner, is charged as "reactionary", anti-government, anti-society. Society without reaction will never progress and excel. Past history has proved this. Looking at The US, everything bad to the country or her people can only last for 4 years (now... 3 more years)...

It's correct. No one wants the war to last forever. Now the two sides start sitting down facing each other and to negotiate, hoping each side will hold back a bit to save innocent lives.

Nga đã thua, tiến quân vô thì dễ, rút ra mới khó. Putin phải ngồi vào bàn đàm phán ở một nơi mà bên thắng cuộc chọn , đó là ngay trên đất nước Ukraine, khỏi đi đâu cho mệt.

Thôi thì cũng phải cho anh nước lớn một tí thể diện. Thường thì khi vào hoà đàm, ai cũng tuyên bố mình chiến thắng . Kệ! Nổ bằng miệng không chết ai, nổ bằng súng đạn mới sợ. Putin hăm he xài hạt nhân giống kiểu Bắc Hàn. Tội nghiệp! Ai cho bác nhấn nút? Người dân Nga bây giờ sẽ không chịu làm con cừu nữa và sẽ không để cho bác muốn làm gì thì làm.

Bác Bi đang nghỉ cuối tuần. Chưa thấy tổng thống nước lớn nào xìu như bác . Hình như " thí " cho Ukraine vài trăm triệu là xong nhiệm vụ của bác. Lần này bác cũng thua như Putin. Bác lo chạy trước, tuyên bố không dính dáng vào cuộc chiến, cái mà bác làm cho Nga sợ là unfriend bác Putin trên twitter. Còn dụ cả tổng thống người ta chạy theo bác . May mà họ không nghe lời bác dạy. Tổng thống quỳ gối mà. Nhìn giàn nội các của bác thấy chưa đánh đã thua. Nói ra thì bị mang tiếng kỳ thị chớ thấy cái ông bộ trưởng quốc phòng của bác , tui nản gì đâu á! Cầu nguyện cho nước Mỹ luôn yên bình chớ để họ gặp cảnh chiến tranh thì tội nghiệp lắm!

Quân đội Nga có truyền thống... đánh đâu thua đó nên lần này cũng không phải ngoại lệ. Hồng quân Liên Sô xưa tiến vào Bá Linh được cũng vì Đức Quốc Xã phải chiến đấu trên cả hai mặt trận và đội hồng quân đó có đóng góp bởi nhiều xương máu của các nước chư hầu, trong đó có Ukraine. Còn xưa nay họ thắng trong các cuộc chiến vệ quốc cũng nhờ... băng tuyết chớ không hay ho gì. Trận đánh Ukraine lần này bộc lộ nhiều nhược điểm của quân đội Nga quá xá. Không quân của họ quá yếu. Xâm lăng nước khác mà không làm chủ bầu trời là thua. Họ ỷ vào hoả tiễn chính xác. Có điều nơi phóng đi ở xa . Yểm trợ bao giờ cũng phải phối hợp với đoàn quân tiến vào , vì chỉ có họ mới nhìn thấy công sự cố thủ và chỉ điểm máy bay bắn phá. Hai sức mạnh không phối hợp được là thua thôi. Nói chung ,nhiều ông tướng bây giờ chỉ giỏi nướng quân với bắn loạn xạ là chính.

Thực tế cuộc chiến nảy sinh chiến thuật. Lần này Ukraine nhắm đánh vào đoàn xe tiếp liệu làm xe tăng hết xăng, nằm ụ chờ hỏa tiễn vác vai làm thịt. Thấy lính Ukraine bắn tăng như tập bắn bia. Thôi rồi cho quân đội Nga!

Trận chiến này cũng kéo nước Nga lụn bại vài mươi năm . Cái giá mà người dân phải trả vì không dám đứng lên đòi hỏi dân chủ. Ổn định xã hội là chiêu bài của các nhà độc tài, họ dùng chiêu bài này đàn áp đối lập và nhiều người dân cũng hùa theo họ. Nó kéo dài vài thế hệ là cái " gen " đấu tranh sẽ biến mất. Lúc này ai phản kháng dù trong ôn hoà cũng bị mang tiếng "phản động". Xã hội mà không có phản động không bao giờ tiến bộ. Nhìn nước Mỹ, cái gì tệ hại cũng chỉ kéo dài 4 năm là cùng ( giờ còn...3 năm nữa)...

Có một còm ở bài viết trước rất hay: thích JNN viết về đề tài này nhưng mong ... chấm dứt sớm. Đúng. Không ai muốn chiến tranh kéo dài. Nay hai bên ngồi vào đàm phán, mong mỗi bên nhịn một chút để cứu bao sinh mạng .
